"It was a nice location. The property was clean. Shower head sprayed to wall and not your body so that was frustrating. Bed not comfy and pillows are very flat and need to be replaced. Dog on property was a nice greeter each morning. Be careful backing out of driveway as there is an huge bump where your car bottoms out. We angled and used the right side of driveway. Overall a good stay. "

"Perfect low budget get away. I could walk to all the cultural centers and see the beautiful homes decked out in holiday season lights! Safe neighborhood at any time of day or night, quiet too! Only drawback was low water pressure and long wait for hot water, especially in the kitchen. Also use the fan to cool down. The air conditioner was noisy and so was the refrigerator. "The remodeled garage -1BR was exactly what we wanted. Close to Vinoy Park and the beach. It brought back good memories of our first apartment, cozy!! The walls were a little too thin so we heard the noise from above and outside. Neighborhood was okay."

"This unit makes perfectly fine crash pad if the guest needs to be mid-peninsula and won't spend too much time in the unit. It's clean and not too far off from major arteries. It's not the best fit for longer stays or remote work. The walls are paper thin, so you'll get to learn the goings on of the neighbors (this includes during quiet hours). The Florida room doubles as the living room, which would not be a problem if it had an overhead fan and were furnished with more than two small chairs....

"Mint house is a great choice to stay because it is walking distance to all sorts of restaurants and shops. Near the stadium. The staff are courteous and just nice! The only slight negative is the lack of parking so it pays to pay for valet at mint house and that is $35 a day. All parking around is only for 2 hours."
