"The house was nice. It was listed as a 4 bedroom however the 4th bedroom was not attached to the main house as well as the 3rd bathroom. The detached bedroom was not prepared and ready for us as the owner decided we would not need to use it as there were 4 of us traveling. I rented the property because it had 4 bedrooms as i didnt want adults sleeping on twin beds. The other separate bedroom also smelled musty. The grounds needed some attention as there was weeds growing around the patio bricks...

"A estadia foi excelente! A casa é espaçosa, acolhedora, climatizada e bem equipada. Os colchões das camas são muito confortáveis. A lareira da sala é muito boa! O jardim é muito agradável para as crianças brincarem. A piscina estava muito limpa, apesar de ser inverno e provavelmente não ser usada (como foi o nosso caso). Alguns materiais do recheio da casa acusam algum desgaste de uso e pela humidade própria da região (pela proximidade ao mar) mas o valor é justo para as condições oferecidas...

"A propriedade encontra-se num local muito calmo, excelente para descansar, muito agradavel por ter piscina e estar muito perto da praia. Tem restaurantes nas proximidades e supermercados a 10 minutos. D.Mila e o seu marido super anteciosos e prestaveis, nao podiamos ter escolhido melhor sitio para alugar. "Our family stayed here at the very end of our Portugal trip. This house was perfect for all of us ranging in age from 8 to 88. It is a lovely home and very clean. There is an elevator that helped the older people and of course the children loved the ping pong table and pool. Alice was there to greet us and show us everything we needed to know about the home and answered questions we had about the neighborhood. "Well furnished. Property managers very helpfull. Property would benefit from a more uniform heating sysytem..our visit was the end of December. Detailed maos of ingress and exgress would be helpfull..not for the faint of heart. That all being said we had a wonderful visit to Lisbon, Setubal and the surrouns."

"We (5 adults, 2 children) had a wonderful stay at this villa, with the outdoor swimming pool and also the pool table particularly enjoyable. The house was equipped with all we needed for a comfortable stay and there were supermarkets within a 10 minute's drive. Vasco was a great host and available whenever we had any questions. I thoroughly recommend this villa for a stay in this beautiful part of Portugal."
