"The hotel is good but maybe a 4*sup. There are room for improvements. Examples: - our robes were taken by the lady that made our room We asked the reception to send new ones, they never appeared - to return the pool towel it took me about 20 min, just because I didn’t change it every single day. That wasn’t said in the beginning. - we ordered an expresso and a cappuccino in the pool and at first it was brought in papers cup. The guy says that is a policy that in the pool always has to serve things in this kind of cups. For a 5* hotel, can’t understand this. A porcelain cup should be provided. - in the pool, near the cafe bakery, the bell to call the waiter was really annoying. It rang every 10 seconds! "

"Atendimento muito acolhedor e atencioso por parte de toda a equipe! É um hotel muito grande e isso em nenhum momento comprometeu a estadia! A estrutura e conforto do quarto é maravilhosa, assim como o buffer do café da manhã."
