"Pros:The property is beautiful.The location is close to the beach, freeway, stores, and restaurants.The caretakers were very nice and tried to take care of us to the best of their ability.Con’s:The living situation needs to be improved. There were times there was no hot water or electricity. For a place that big, they needed a generator or a better system to power the homes. Almost all rooms upstairs had little to no water pressure at certain times of the day. There was no gym in the premise....

"Scam! Property has switchdd the dates over 10 times on me so he doesnt have to give me a refund. He says house was unavailable for my dates. So he changes the dayes every few days. This way the date of my rental never begins and it never cancels. I booked a different place and had a great time but do not use this thief."

"The staff was awesome since my arrival until my departure. They were super kind and helpful. The hotel is beautiful, many plants, trees, cats, it's a really nice atmosphere. The restaurant is great, meals and breakfast, they serve great coffee! The room was very comfortable but the bathroom was a little bit old fashioned. I was expecting hot shower but it didn't happen. In the end, I really appreciated my stay!"

"Bom atendimento. Apenas isso. A rua é muito barulhente, principalmente à noite nos finais de semana. A praia não é tão bonita. O quarto é muito pequeno, mas o pior é o banheiro que tem pia encardida. Café-da-manhã ok. Atendimento cordial. Foi um hotel feito sem nenhum projeto arquitetônico."
