It could be so much better!
The location is beautiful but this penthouse has seen better days. Upon arrival the cleaning crew was still in the apartment and had to come back to bring toilet paper. As soon as I tried to settle down I notice the really poor conditions of the appliances, both the oven and the stove have patches of rust that should be replaced or fixed . The refrigerator was not cooling at all, when I called the property manager she asked me to go to the breaker box and reset it. After I did that the fridge started working and it felt cooler in the inside probably 2 hours later, which I was concerned because I had stuff that needed to be refrigerated. The jacuzzi was not cleaned properly, when we arrived it was being filled but you can see the sand and scum around it. The staff forgot to close the hose used to fill it, so the property manager called me to close it which I did but I guess it had another water source because it was overflowing overnight which a person came to close it the very next day. The water pressure is poor. To make it worst I don't know if the water source is filtered straight from the ocean, it was very salty, which explain why all the water fixtures have calcification around them which makes them look even dangerous. The deck is beautiful and well furnished but it felt dangerous to walk going up to the jacuzzi because it has boards that are lose. I rented this place for 2 night and ended up staying just one.
To the owner, please invest to make your property better.
