Our guests have access to the entire home with the exception of our locked storage closet.
A whole family vacation at it's best. A secure gated community, a pool and playground for the little superheroes, and a separate pool for the grown-ups (because let's be real, sometimes you need a break too). Plus, the balcony is enclosed so you don't have to worry about any unwanted visitors.
But that's not all! We're just 3 minutes away from Cascada Water Park, 10 minutes from the city center (where you can check out the Monument of Heroes), and 3 minutes from the HOMS hospital (just in case). And if you're into cigars, we're 10 minutes from La Aurora Cigar Factory.
Still not convinced? How about a fully equipped gym, a BBQ area, and a washer and dryer room? Plus, we have a fully stocked kitchen (because we know you're going to want to cook up some delicious meals). And with WiFi and a 55" Smart TV, you can stream all your favorite shows and movies. We're thrilled to have you stay with us, but we need to lay down the law. The listing price covers two lucky guests, but if you want to invite your whole crew, it's gonna cost you 10 bucks a head per night. Don't say we didn't warn you!
Now, we know life can throw us some curveballs, and if a pesky appliance decides to act up during your stay, we'll do our best to fix it pronto. But let's be real, we're not miracle workers, and sometimes things take longer than we'd like. Please bear with us, and we promise to get everything ship-shape as soon as possible.
Here's the thing, electricity doesn't come cheap in the Dominican Republic. We're all for living the good life and cranking that A/C, but if you go overboard, you'll be hit with an extra fee. The average energy usage is 8Kwht per day, so please be mindful and avoid breaking the bank. Otherwise, we'll be charging you an arm and a leg - or rather, 30 cents per Kwht after your 25Kwh per day. Yikes!
Last but not least, if you're the type to forget your towel or phone charger, we've got you covered - for a price. Missing items like these will be subject to additional charges, so try not to leave anything behind. We'd hate for you to have to dip into your vacation fund to cover the cost of a lost remote.
