Beautiful family villa. Perfect location, walking distance from the town centre, marina and beach. The Villa is privately owned property. Well furnished and designed with much love and care, well equipped.
Modern, 4 bedroom spacious villa with a stunning private saltwater pool 4x9 meter and a nice garden.
Close to Cala D'or gorgeous marina, beaches and centre. Walking distance to local shops, restaurants, the many beautiful beaches and bars. The Perfect place for your relaxing holiday and with turist licens ETV/3225

Families who can take care of the property are more than welcome to rent.
No stag or hen parties are allowed or no young group/party people. The house is only for the rentals no other people allowed.

Location, location, location
This beautiful villa met and exceeded all of our expectations. My husband and I travelled with his parents. We loved how easy it was to get to the marina, the beaches and the restaurants and shops. 1 week was not enough! Camilla and Ulf are great hosts who communicated with us well. We’re already planning our return.

A great place in Cala D'Or
Great property in a great location within easy walking distance from the town, marina and supermarket. Camilla and Ulf were very communicative and helpful. The pool was a highlight, a little different but just perfect to relax in. Plenty of room for 7 of us and would suit a party of 8. Clean and tidy throughout. Thank you!

Brilliant week with family
We loved staying at this villa, exactly as described with a fantastic clear pool. Location excellent and so close walking distance wise in the heat to the supermarket, shops, restaurants, marina and the beaches. Would be nice if some water (and wine!!!) could be in the fridge on arrival (which was fairly late on a Sunday for us), apart from that, pretty perfect for us and we would love to return. Thank you very much.

Cala D'or retreat
My family - 2 boys aged 16 and 21, husband and I have just returned from Camilla's lovely property. It was a great size for us and location wise, was perfectly set equidistant between the marina and the town. The pool was so welcome to come home to each day. We had a few niggles when we arrived but Camilla was super prompt in replying and resolving. She was also really responsive helping us with plans before we arrived. A lovely host to work with. One thing to note - you cannot drink the water at all in this part of the island so be prepared to buy lots of bottled water (:()

Amazing villa
Wow this Villa has absolutely EVERYTHING you need for a relaxed holiday. Brilliant location, clean, spacious, comfortable, fabulous outside area and pool. Owners were very helpful and accommodating. I would 100% recommend this Villa and will be returning.

Excellent villa
We had an amazing stay at this villa. Plenty of room inside and out for a large family. Very well equipped kitchen, comfortable furniture in lounge and an abundance of various seating outside. The pool is great. Location is perfect for a stroll to the marina or pedestrian area for evening meals and with the large supermarket just a few minutes walk away we had fresh bread, hams, fruit, cakes etc for breakfast/lunch. Host Camilla was very quick to reply to any questions. It was really excellent and we would definitely book again.

We had some very nice days in the house. Just 10 minutes to the beach and a few minutes to a lot of restaurants. We also had some nice times in the garden and by the pool. Thank you Camilla and Ulf :)

Lovely Stay
Great stay at a well positioned villa. Few minutes walk to the Marina, main pedestrianised area and supermarket. Plenty of room for 6 adults and as described on the website. Couple of issues quickly resolved, great communication. All in all a lovely holiday.

Fantastic villa
We had a wonderful stay at this lovely villa. Exactly as described in the description. Hosts always replied to any queries really quickly. So close to everything, fantastic supermarket within walking distance and so close to both marina and the centre. We would highly recommend this villa.

Maison parfaitement située et équipée
La maison est très agréable avec de nombreux avantages: - Un emplacement idéal à 10min à pieds de la plage, 5min des nombreux commerces, 5min du centre-ville animé avec un large choix de restaurants, bars, magasins, mais suffisamment éloignée pour être au calme à partir de 22-23h. - Nous étions inquiets du fait qu’il n’y ait pas de garage mais cela n’a pas été un problème du tout et nous avions toujours une place dans le rue juste en face de la maison. - La maison est très agréable, très propre, bien équipée et bien pensée. Le séjour ouvrant sur la terrasse et la piscine nous a permis de bien profiter de la piscine avec les enfants. Le seul bémol est l’eau du robinet: elle est salée et vraiment désagréable même pour se brosser les dents. Elle rend la vaisselle et le linge opaque. Toute l’eau de l’île apparemment souffre de ce problème (pas d’eau potable dans les restaurants). Prévoir beaucoup d’eau en bouteille pour rincer les casseroles, faire le café etc,… En conclusion une bien jolie maison dans un emplacement parfait. Nous y retournons sans hésitation!

Great holiday in a relaxing villa fab location
Villa is well equipped. Close to all amenities and local supermarket. Equidistant to centre and marina you can walk home after a night out without having to drive or get a taxi. Villa has a homely feel and had all we needed for our 18m old grandson. He loved sleeping in the cot provided. He slept better than at home. Pool lovely and pool maintained twice a week by the friendly pool man. Very quiet slight noise at night from local hotel entertainment but didn’t disturb our holiday. Would recommend

Stayed in this beautiful 4 bedroom villa with friends for a special birthday. It did not disappoint. It was immaculately clean and well equipped. Supermarket within a 5 minute walk and close to bars and restaurants. Lovely pool area with ample seating and sun loungers. Would definitely return and would highly recommend. If I had to say anything it would be to recommend more mirrors for the bedrooms for us ladies getting ready. Thanks to Camilla for our stay.

Wonderful Villa
Wonderful Villa in the perfect location. Excellent facilities for our group of friends. Comfortable beds, fully stocked kitchen for cooking in, pool area was lovely with the sun all day. The host communication was excellent and they were very accommodating. 10 mins to town, 15 mins walk to beautiful beaches. Thanks for an excellent stay.

Great villa, well equipped. We really enjoyed our stay. We have visited Cala D’Or many times and found the location of case los smiles ideal for lovely meals at the marina and handy for the shops in the town. The pool was excellent. Ulf and Camilla were excellent hosts they even supplied an extra hairdryer for us.

Great stay in a great location
Just back from another fantastic holiday at Casa Los Anillos. A couple of minor problems that Ulf and Camilla sorted for us immediately. Great couple to communicate with and if you are thinking of travelling to Cala D’or we cannot recommend this villa highly enough. Perfect location for the marina and the town centre Suitable for all age groups. Travel cots very comfortable for our two babies who slept through the night every night in them. Lots of facilities in the villa for a large family who want the comforts of home whilst abroad. Can’t wait to get back again next year. Thanks Ulf and Camilla for letting us use your home once again

Fabulous location and brilliant hosts
We have rented villas all over Mallorca and this was without doubt the best value for money we have found. The beds were super comfortable…really rare in our experience…kitchen well equipped and pool area with plenty of sunbeds, sun all day and shady areas. The location is perfect for walking to restaurants, beach and shops in minutes. Camilla and Ulf were amazing all the way through the process…highly recommend.

Amazing pool and location
The best things about this villa were the outside area including the swimming pool, and the location. The swimming pool has steps into it, meaning you can sit on them, cool down and relax. The pool is an excellent size for a villa, and it was cleaned and treated very regularly throughout the stay. The outside area had more seating and loungers than you could possibly ask for. The location - a couple of minutes from the centre of Cala D'or and five minute walk from the beautiful marina. You can hear the music and atmosphere from Sa Marina hotel, which we loved. The villa had excellent facilities and equipment, the kitchen was fine and with loads of cutlery, glasses, and crockery. Washing machine, hoover etc. The owners were easily available and anything we needed was fixed and sorted straight away. The bathrooms were okay, perhaps not as modern as the rest of the property, shower curtains rather than glass screens. Overall a lovely villa, fantastic location and service. Perfect if you like to be near the hustle and bustle of the town but with your own space and pool.

Excellent villa
Villa was excellent, pool was excellent Everything you needed for a family stay , location was great only a few minutes walk to main shops and restaurants, big supermarket 1 minute walk and nice cafe next-door to supermarket that did a nice enough English breakfast, snacks. Will be booking villa again . 10 out of 10 on everything about the villa .

Das Haus ist sehr schön, geräumig und macht den Aufenthalt sehr genießbar. Die Kommunikation mit den Eigentümern war super - sie sind für alle Fragen da und reagieren sofort. Das Haus liegt auch recht gut - wir konnten alles zu Fuß gut erreichen. Und trotz dass das Haus an der ecke von zwei doch recht befahrenen Straßen liegt, ist es es nicht zu laut. Ab und zu schalt das Kinderanimations-Programm vom Hotel gegenüber rüber - aber ab 23.00 ist immer Ruhe:-)

Great Location & Hosts
Booking of villa was so simple & Camilla the owner was brilliant throughout especially providing local information on shops and airports transfers. Villa has everything provided that you would need - apart from a couple of more mirrors in the bedrooms would be the only improvement. Location is great for both main resort and also the marina - 5-10 minutes walk maximum. Totally recommend this for families or group of friends like us.
