Drac 1 by dracmallorca

Drac 1 is located in a unique position on the first line of the sea on the fine white sandy beach in Cala Santanyí, a small and quiet bay surrounded by pine trees in the southeast of Majorca, about 50 km from the airport. The apartment has a balcony with views of the beach and the sea. On the balcony there is a small table with two chairs to enjoy breakfast with the sound of the sea. It has 2 double bedrooms, a bathroom with a shower and a living-dining room with an open fully equipped kitchen with a ceramic hob, electric oven, microwave and combined fridge. It is functional and equipped with satellite TV, internet access and central heating. A cot and high chair are provided on request. Bed linen and towels, of course, are available.
We have recently equipped the bedrooms of the Drac 1 apartment with air conditioning. Bookings made from 06.02.2024 have the use of air conditioning included in the price. All bookings made before this date have the option to use the air conditioning at an additional cost.
Santanyí, where there are numerous shops, restaurants and shops and a popular weekly market, is about 3.5 km away.

The tourist tax is not included in the price and must be paid separately.
