Also in the rear part of the property it is possible to find a comfortable and large patio equipped with a hob and barbecue, as well as a large table and a peninsula for pleasantly having meals outdoors. In addition, Villa Bolina has various facilities for leisure and recreational activities for carefree convivial moments with relatives and friends.

The interiors of the house are functional. The house is furnished in a modern style and is fully equipped.
The cottage has 3 bedrooms, two of which have a double bed and a third room with 4 single beds that can become 2 further double beds if necessary.
There are two bathrooms and can accommodate up to 8 guests.

NOTE: in case of cancellation within the terms of which a refund is expected, a 25,00 euro cancellation management fee will be charged. Bank transfer costs are not refundable
