A grocery store and good restaurants are just a short pleasant walk away! The nearest winery is only 10 minute-drive away. A quick drive to the heart of Santa Rosa and all of it’s bars, restaurants and entertainment, all this while being under an hour from the ocean.
The space
The property has a laid-back feel and is equipped with all the amenities you will need to make your stay comfortable and enjoyable. Filled with souvenirs from our trips around the world - over 80 countries and counting!
Take in the gorgeous views of the hills through the windows in the family room. Binge watch your favorite shows in the family room using the TV. It is hooked up on Roku with Amazon Prime, as well as Netflix. Our full kitchen has everything you need for preparing scrumptious meals for the whole family. We also have a Fully automatic espresso maker & cappuccino maker for the coffee lovers in your group. There is an Automatic motion sensing tap, and a batch feed garbage disposal that only works when the magnetic stopper is used, very safe. We have a beautiful 5-burner Wolf range and new double-convection oven. The Wolf range has a separate simmer ring for every burner. The house has five bedrooms perfect for large groups and extended families. The first three bedrooms have a queen-sized bed and the other two bedrooms each have a single bed. Three available bathrooms makes it very ideal for everyone.
For those times you do need to sadly get a little work in, we have reliable high speed internet and an office with monitor and laser printer setup.

The back deck has a natural gas BBQ and plenty of space for outdoor dining or sipping that glass of wine while you enjoy the views of the surrounding hills.
No need to worry about power outages at our home - we've got full power backup with 2 Tesla Powerwalls. Speaking of Tesla, if you need to recharge, we have a 220 outlet in the garage, please reach out to us to get access.
There are 2 spots in the driveway and plenty of street parking.
