Home Truths:
- Unfortunately, pets are not allowed in this home. If undisclosed pets are brought into the home without AvantStay's approval, there is a fine of $500 per pet.
- Please note this home does not have air conditioning.
- Please note the fireplace is not for guest use.
- Please Note: The homeowner may store a vehicle in the carport.
- Daytime guests are permitted to visit the property between 8 AM and 9 PM and must not exceed half the maximum occupancy for short-term renters.
- Short-term rentals must comply with the noise requirements of the Santa Rosa Municipal Code. Quiet hours are strictly enforced from 9:00 PM to 8:00 AM, and outdoor amplified sound is prohibited at all times.

- One off-street parking space is provided per bedroom.
- Short-term renters may park on the street where it is legal, with one on-street space counting toward the parking limit.

Accidental Damage Protection: A non-refundable accidental damage protection plan has been included in the price of your reservation. Under this plan, you will not be held responsible to pay for accidental damage or loss to the rental property resulting from you or others in your party up to $2000. This plan does not cover intentional acts of a guest, gross negligence, or willful and wanton conduct, and/or damages caused by pets. This plan is not available for reservations 28 days or longer or reservations that require a security deposit.

This is a smoke-free property. Violation of the no-smoking policy will result in forfeiture of the security deposit, a $300 smoking fee, and liability for any fire or property damage costs.

As part of our commitment to being good neighbors, occupancy limits and quiet hours (9pm-8am) are strictly enforced. No speakers or sound systems will be provided for use in our properties. Violation of any noise ordinances will be subject to fines that can reach up to $10,000 per violation.

Events or parties are not allowed without prior written approval and an additional fee. Any unauthorized parties or events will be shut down and a fine will be assessed. Please inquire for more information about our event policies and fees.

There is nothing more important to us at AvantStay than the health, safety, and experience of our guests & staff. We've enhanced our cleaning and sanitation protocols and are taking extra care to disinfect all surfaces between reservations with hospital-grade disinfecting solutions.

As a reminder, we do work with 3rd party vendors to maintain the property, and although we adhere to the strictest CDC guidelines and advise all contractors to wear PPE equipment, we can not always enforce. We strongly advise guests to please deny access if any vendors fail to meet and adhere to these standards.

IDs will be requested for verification after booking. All bookings over 30 days require a security deposit.

We report and prosecute all Credit Card Fraud.

Small group of co-workers just looking for a nice, cute place to stay and explore wine country before a conference. This place DELIVERED! So charming, so clean, and so conveniently located to many great places to eat and taste delicious wine. Highly recommend!

Santa Rosa family getaway
We loved the open and airy style of this beautiful home just steps away from Spring Lake and Annadel park. The outdoor area was perfect for hanging out with family that stopped by and for working in the mornings online at the big table under the oak trees. The house stayed cool and comfortable even on days when the weather was over 100. All the rooms are beautiful with bedrooms that open up onto patios and the beds comfortable, and it's so nice and quiet at night. The location was perfect for getting around Santa Rosa or going to Sonoma or up to Healdsburg. I am definitely planning to come back.

Beautiful Quintessential Sonoma
This home straight out of the 70s is a joy to stay in. The property is so peaceful and the outdoor space is so well designed with multiple seating/dining areas on the deck or down a meandering gravel Patt, surrounded by old oaks. Plan time to explore the surroundings. It’s located right down the street from a state and county park with a lake and incredible mountain biking/jogging/walking trails. There’s both off-road and paved trails. The location is ideal if heading out to the Sonoma Wineries. The home is decorated in such a stylish way. The beds were very comfortable and the rooms, relaxing and pleasant. I personally enjoyed waking up to deer in the backyard and the sound of wild turkeys in the trees. I highly recommend staying in this relaxing, easy going northern California home. It’s beautiful without being fussy.
