Beautiful & Cozy Home ~ Historic Cherry Street

Our bright and calming blue door welcomes you as you enter the property. The living/Dining room is decorated with prints from Alphonse Mucha who was a prolific artist in the late 1800’s early 1900’s, the time when this part of Santa Rosa was established. One block away from all the shops and restaurants of downtown Santa Rosa. A quiet neighborhood with beautiful historic homes on every corner!

This cozy property is equipped with all the amenities you will need to make your stay fun and comfortable. Enjoy watching TV in the living room, it is hooked up on Roku with all the Roku Apps people can log in to. Connect with your family and friends via the Internet. Our full kitchen has everything you need for preparing delightful meals.

You can also enjoy privacy with a cute backyard and newly remodeled deck.

PET POLICY
We only allow 1 pet, not weighing more than 55 lbs each.
Guests must not leave their pet in the property when they are away for more than 2 hours.
Please ensure pet do not cause a nuisance to neighbours. This includes excessive noise. Dog must be kept under control and on a leash in public places, communal areas and walkways.

PET DEPOSIT
There is a $200 pet deposit. Any damages will be assessed and become the responsibility of the pet owner.

Family visit
We loved the location of local restaurants and surrounding cities. But what we love most is the comfort of the place, which is the comfort we feel after things go south with our son and his wife. Family disagreements are hard and this one was out of left field. We really appreciate the sofa in the home which provided great comfort along with the tissue. We do recommend this home as it feels like home. Thank you!

Great Mother's Day Visit
Wonderful, clean and well maintained home in a great area of Santa Rosa. We very much appreciated the condition of the home for our first family visit with our first grandchild. We enjoyed a beautiful Mother's Day in the backyard and did some tasty grilling on a very clean gas grill. We appreciated having a great place to share a great day with family.

Charming Stay
Very sweet house. It is small but comfortable and well equipped. We were not able to enjoy the outside area because of weather, but the grill was nice. It is in a nice walkable location.

Great location in Santa Rosa
Walkable to downtown, well appointed for two couples. A little road noise at night if you open the windows. Also, the unit only had 1/2 roll of bathroom tissue, so had to run to the store right away.

Super comfortable and clean
My husband and I enjoyed our stay. The house is really cute, the owner thought of many details that made our stay great. The bed and bedding was comfortable, the couch was clean and comfortable. The place was very clean! I’m used to having to clean the bathroom before staying a rental, but I didn’t feel I had to here which is very refreshing.

Cozy little house

Ideal Spot
This home is a gem and we plan to return. Everything is clean, new and easy to settle in for a stay. Perfect homebase for exploring Napa and Sonoma wineries. We really enjoyed the sitting area around the fire pit out back. Crooks Coffee a great spot nearby.

Clean, location in active area
We arrived very late and had issues checking in. Vrbo emergency after hours were not the friendliest. However, the host got back to us within 15 min via email. It probably wouldn’t have been that troublesome, had it not been for a creepy street guy that was lingering around. I drove away from the area to a safer feeling space and waited until we were given the right code to enter the home. After that, everything was fine. The home was clean. Pictures were accurate. Beds were very comfortable. Neighbors were friendly. Easy access to good coffee and food were nearby. The only negative in home was that the soap in bathroom by sink, was super diluted. Would recommend, just be sure to get the right entrance code.

This house and the property was perfect in every way. The house was updated and tastefully decorated to match the style of the structure. It was very comfortable and the perfect place to stay while on our road trip visiting family.

Convenient Location
Well maintained Property. Nest Thermostat was tricky to me and I like gadgets. It’s a combination of touch screen, turning the dial, and finding where to click at the top of the thermostat. If you are leary of walking in areas you are not familiar with at night, just be aware there are some homeless folks nearby, some young men walking by that were walking uncharacteristic of a young man’s stride etc. No issues, no needles like we heard were common in downtown SF, but as always, just be aware of your surroundings. We used both bedrooms. One had a closet, but the other room did not have room for my suitcase if I wanted to walk around the bed. I kept it in the living/dining area when I didn’t need something from it. All things considered, we would stay there again if we returned to the area.

Fantastic Getaway
This property was amazing! It was so close to downtown and other areas, we could easily walk. The house was super clean and decorated very cute. The backyard was great to chill and sip wine by the fire. The communication was great from the property manager and they reached out promptly to ensure we made it in safe and sound. The only nitpicky items of this place were that all the hand soaps, dish soap, shampoo, conditioner and body wash were all watered down. It was very odd to us and quite annoying actually. The lighting inside was also very bright (like a hospital or office building) and would be much cozier with warmer colored light bulbs.

Nice cute place
Very clean and great beds! Close to downtown and all the wineries. It has all you need, but the kitchen is small for any big cook meals. Ie: might not want to try Thanksgiving dinner. All and all it is ideal for couples and smaller dinners. Great cute house! We loved it and the yard space for our dog was fabulous.

Perfect for us and our small dog. Beds are very comfortable, fire pit is a nice addition, barbecue is clean and the street is quiet. It’s a one person kitchen but was fine for us and equipped nicely.
