"This house is in a great location- just a few blocks from the beach and to 30A. Lots of great restaurants and shops nearby, close to public access to the beach, walking distance to many things. If you don’t want to walk or drive your car, bikes and a golf cart are provided. The heater on the pool wasn’t working before our arrival but we were notified and someone was sent out to fix it. We were refunded the heater fee for the days we were unable to use the pool. Communication was prompt and easy....

"When we arrived the kitchen garbage disposal was full of rotting fish, and the whole condo smelled like rotten fish. This was not addressed. Also, internet didn't work, and someone showed up the next morning and did not fix it but came in unannounced while we were still in bed. Also, there was only one fork, so we had to share a fork at mealtimes."

"Love! Great place! I would recommend/stay here again. Super clean and comfortable especially for a long stay. Plenty of space, bedding, and linens for a family/group. Outdoor area of the complex and pool are well maintained with plenty of clean grass space for the pup. This is on the 3rd floor, stairs are very manageable, clear, not steep with study handrails on both side and open landings. Pool is heated. Beach is a short walk, few mins. "
