Create long-lasting memories in this family-friendly beach getaway! Offering a spacious interior, an open and fully equipped kitchen, living, and dining area, free WiFi, and a furnished screened porch, this two-story house is the perfect place to enjoy Santa Rosa Beach to the fullest! This home has deeded beach access for outdoor enjoyment and recreation, as well as a shared swimming pool.

This property is centrally located south of 30A between Seaside and Rosemary Beach in the Watersound West Beach Community. Minutes from all the action yet set back in a private gated community away from it all. Enjoy a beautiful stroll to the beach, green spaces, and parks, zero-entry pool, putting park, and clubhouse with outdoor grill.

All guests shall abide by Vacasa's good neighbor policy and shall not engage in illegal activity. Quiet hours are from 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.

Quite and relaxing!
This was a great house and it looked just like the pictures!! Very quite and relaxing. Had to drive to beach and it was a long walk once you had to park! The other issue was the codes given for the gate were incorrect and it was a hassle to get in the first night! I thought this wouldn’t be an issue since I saw this on other reviews and I thought this would have been corrected with all the complaints I saw!! The bikes were a plus because the neighborhood was fun to rid in and ride down a very nice trail to the beach. One last issue we never received a correct code to the pool!!!

Very nice home!
We really enjoyed our stay at the home! The code to get thru the gate never did work the entire length of our stay. We either relied on the guard to let us in or a neighbor let us thru with their code. The house was very clean tho and despite the confusing code issue, we would recommend!

We were not pleased at all with Vacasa as the management company. We were emailed incorrect codes to get in the property and finally used another resident’s code to get in the gate. We tried texting because there wasn’t anyone taking calls when we needed help. The text number we were given on the voice mail was obviously not a person but an automatic robot . Just ridiculous. Drove 10 hours to get there and were given the wrong entry code to the gate. Thank goodness the house code was correct. We finally got our parking passes and the correct entry code from a guard who was at the gate on the second day. I will never rent anything from Vacasa again. VRBO should let you know that another company is taking over the booking.

House was great. The beach however is farther than you’d think. The HOA recently banned vendors from renting out chairs and umbrellas so you do in fact have to carry all of that stuff on the boardwalk which is a haul. Overall the house is nice and beds are comfy. You do need to bring your own paper towels and trash bags as your only given 1. The codes don’t work for the gate but that was expected. Also June is the month of seaweed so the beach and water were green.

Love this property!
We have stayed at Heavenly 2 times now. If you are looking for a safe, (quiet) vacation with beautiful scenery, this property is a great choice! Our only critique is that it could use a softer master bedroom bed and also a new blender.

Great check-in, property and stay - Check out...not so great
We rented this house on a business trip - 2 adult women. The upstairs bedrooms didn't have sundries in the bathrooms and the bedding was insufficient for the time of year we were there - just a sheet and a very thin coverlet. But since I was only using one of the bedrooms upstairs so I was able to pile the bedding and make it work. My colleague stayed in the master on the main floor and didn't mention any issues so I assume that one was all good. The rest of the place was perfect. Well appointed. Great location. It was hard to figure out how to get to the beach but that wasn't really our purpose there. We would have figured it out if our stay was longer and we had more off time. Now to check out... which is 10:00... which is fine. At 10 minutes to 10:00 woman with an abrupt personality arrived and informed us that our check-out was at 10:00 and that she was there to clean but she would have to leave and we would be getting a call from Vacasa. My colleague told her we would be out in 10 minutes - we were packed and at the front door about to load the car. In fact we were out by (I think) 10:10 or 10:15. I was looking high and low for that woman so I could let her know but she was no where to be found. We hit the road and were 45 minutes away from Watersound when I received 2 separate phone calls from Vacasa which went to my voicemail where I was ordered to vacate the premises. Which, of course, I had done nearly an hour ago. It really rubbed me the wrong way. I have rented with ResortQuest for 15+ years and have never had a problem or been a problem - nor was I one today. It was pretty frustrating to be treated that way. I wouldn't say this would deter me from staying with Vacasa again, but I would recommend checking into these procedures for future guests. I did not appreciate the harassment. Can't imagine what it would have been like if I had a few kids, their friends and my husband with me trying to get out the door only to have that woman show up 10 min before check-out to rush us out the door. Rethink this one Vacasa.

Great house, great neighborhood, but fix the check-in process
We stayed in this neighborhood during the same after-Christmas week last year and were thrilled to find another home there this year. The layout of this house was great and the kitchen was impeccably equipped for our eat-in meals. We loved dining al fresco on the screened-in porch. We were also thrilled that there were bikes available for our use. It saved us the trouble of renting bikes from someone else and they came in so handy for our trips to the beach and up and down the bike trail. All that aside, we got off to a rough start, since Vacasa didn't provide a valid gate code for our entry. A nice full-time neighbor let us in to unload our stuff, but we still needed the code. We called the after-hours number and eventually got someone to answer. They were super-polite but didn't have a clue about the code and said we needed to go to the main WaterSound security gate to get it. We tried that when we ventured out of the neighborhood again, but the security officer there didn't have a clue for the code for WaterSound West. We tried calling Vacasa's after-hours number again, but this time there was no answer after we listened to on-hold music for 12 minutes. We eventually got the code from a fellow renter who was stuck behind us at the gate, but we could have been homeless for the evening if it weren't for the help of strangers. From reading other reviews on VRBO, this seems to have been a recurring issue, so you'd think it would have been fixed by now. The code Vacasa gave us for the pool gate also wasn't the right one. A nice maintenance worker helped us with that one. We hope to return since we love the neighborhood so much, but hope it's not as much work to get in next time.

Beautiful home - well stocked and clean!
The house was perfect, well stocked and clean. The Vacasa check-in was terrible. The Vacasa email had the incorrect gate code. The Vacasa app had a different incorrect gate code and when I called to get the correct code, I spoke to a woman who told me I was at the wrong gate (I wasn’t), then put on hold, then disconnected. Called back and the person I spoke to said that I should be at a different gate which is on the other side of the lake and is the entrance for another neighborhood that doesn’t connect to this one. Luckily, a nice neighbor leaving the neighborhood jumped out of their car and let us in. The woman working the gate the next morning gave us a parking pass for the car and said this isn’t the first time guests have been given very old codes. Also, note the directions are not correct in the app. We know the area and didn’t need to use them but I double checked them when the gate code wouldn’t work and found them wildly inaccurate. Green Street, what? Once we were in, we were thrilled.

Fun beach getaway
Very cute house, loved the Watersound neighborhood and beautiful beach nearby! The neighborhood and beach are much less crowded than a lot of the surrounding area, which is a huge plus. Enjoyed the bikes in the garage and the screened in porch. Management provided the wrong gate code, which I had seen in previous reviews and assumed would’ve been resolved by now. Attempted to call a couple of times and did not get a response, however, they were more responsive via text. The house was very clean and accurate to the pictures. We would’ve appreciated more initial supplies (paper towels, trash bags, etc) and the house had no comforters on the beds or blankets. Overall we had a good stay and enjoyed the house!

The home was beautiful! Looked just as pictured online. Perfect location, and easy to find. Clean, easy and safe entrance. No need to drive a car once you check in, everything is walking or bike distance! Can’t wait to return:)

Great house/community
This house was perfect for my family and our in-laws. It looks just like the pictures. The house was a little too far from the beach for us to walk with all our stuff but that was ok. There were bikes and boogie boards available for us to use. It was very helpful having a washer and dryer there to use.

Overall it was a good experience. I think it would be helpful to have more information about the area, ie restaurants, attractions, etc. the rental company did not respond to one of my text messages but overall, they were good.

Family getaway
This property was the perfect getaway for quick family trip! There was plenty of space for everyone to enjoy themselves. The pool was heated during our stay, and was never overcrowded. The bikes & direct beach access made for lots of time spent on the shore! Only complaint: the beds were very firm, and uncomfortable. It felt like sleeping on a cheap hotel bed. Linens and towels were rough and cheap. The master shower door downstairs does not close-makes for a wet bathroom floor, and there is mold in the shower. There was a broken shower hook as well. We attempted to reach a property manager during our stay to address these issues, but we’re unsuccessful. Slightly frustrating! Would definitely return if these issues were addressed.

Awesome stay!
We absolutely loved the property. It was the perfect location and size for our weekend celebration with our family. All of the interior decor is perfect — very well appointed. The location of Water sound is perfect for those with small children. Short walk to the lovely pool or a beautiful stroll to the ocean. I would only recommend if you have a toddler that a baby gate be added to the rental. We can’t wait to come back again!
