"A great house on a perfect location just outside the centre of Santa Pola. The house was very clean and we enjoyed every moment. Contact with the owner of the property was easy and quick. For us the beds are a little too firm but we would definitely book again!!"

"We have stayed in Gran Alacant several times but this is the first time I have had to leave a negative review. The property was dirty, there was rubbish under the beds from the previous occupants, what looked like dry blood on the wall, surface dust everywhere. The pool was dirty and it was only cleaned 4 days into our stay, there were 2 cameras that we could see - 1 at the poolside and 1 in the living room, this was an invasion of our privacy and if it was stated in the listing I'd have booked...

Miles from anywhere, as we didn't have a car, the distances to walk are too far, as mum and myself are disabled, the house was on four floors, which again was difficult, for my mum and myself, also we had small children with us, so the amount of stairs was difficult for them. "The staff were great, I used the gym which was in the quiet and suited me. The hotel is just of the main N332 very convenient for getting around if you had a car. 30 minutes walk to the Harbour. I would stay again. "
