We was steps away from the beach and this is an enormous beach with plenty sand area a park volleyball and a basketball. "The hosts were very nice and accomodating. Staying in Carpenteria was a perfect location. Walking to the beach is not practical but it's only less than a five minute drive to Loon Point. "This property was perfect for our family of four couples in town for a long weekend for a wedding. It was close to everything we needed and provided all of the comforts to truly relax. It is in a great neighborhood that allowed us to take walks each morning and enjoy the scenery. The communication from management and the owner were great.
