"Alojamento muito fraco, desde o pequeno almoço, extremamente fraco, até os barulhos. Péssimo isolamento acústico. Os canos da água, fazem um enorme barulho quando se toma banho, pelo que, todos ouvem quer estejam a dormir ou não. Na chegada, não fui avizado que não estaria ninguém na recepção, pelo que tive de ligar para um contato, para saber como entrar no quarto. Não recomento este alojamento."

"We were visiting Santa Paula for a weekend event. The house was perfect. Very comfortable and close to everything we needed. It was stocked with all imaginable amenities. The host was supper helpful and offered very clear, detailed instructions about check in and check out. I would highly recommend this house for your stay! "

"Check-in was very easy. The hosts Gina and Steve met us at the gate and quickly guided us to the apartment. Upon entering the apartment there was a lovely welcome pack, very thoughtful. The apartment was nice and spacious. Everything was well stocked of essentials, soap etc. It had everything we needed for our self catering trip. The bed was very comfortable. It was nice to be able to sit out on the balcony and take in the lovely views and sounds of the area. We would definitely stay here...

"The host was extremely quick and responsive to questions and gave great information to make checking in seamless. The only issue was the extreme heat of the region (abnormally high for this time of year, almost record breaking) and the portable AC unit did not keep up well. "Experiência péssima. As paredes dos quartos são de papel, é possível escutar tudo dos quartos vizinhos. Tivemos a infelicidade de termos uma “festa” com casais no quarto ao lado, sons, gritos e cantos a noite toda. Cada uma pode fazer o quer quiser entre quarro paredes, porém o hotel deveria ser melhor construido. O barulho acabou com nossa noite de sono. Se tiver sorte de encontrarem vizinhos silenciosos, o quarto é agradavel e limpo. Boa sorte!"

"We enjoyed our stay at this property. Seems a bit pricey but that could be because it was Ojai. We had some issues with heating and rusty garden chairs. Property could use some rugs and better furniture. Garden and grounds well kept. Host responded promptly to our questions. Neighborhood is very quiet and safe."
