LIVING AREA
Centered around the traditional kiva fireplace, the living room offers a cozy spot for reading, conversation, playing games or watching television. The queen sleeper sofa offers flexible sleeping arrangements.
KITCHEN AND DINING
Well-stocked with dishes, glassware, utensils, cookware and serving trays, the fully equipped kitchen offers everything you need to prepare meals and dine at home. Start your day with a latte from the Nespresso machine and pastries from nearby Mille or Sage, two popular neighborhood bakeries. Stock the full-size refrigerator with supplies from Whole Foods or Market Street, each a five-minute drive away.

BED AND BATH
The primary bedroom has a king bed plus two nightstands, a dresser and armoire for storage. It shares a Jack and Jill style bathroom with a second bedroom offering two twin beds and a small dresser. The third bedroom features a queen bed, two nightstands, a large armoire and closet for additional storage. The second bathroom, adjacent to the living area, offers a bathtub as well as a shower.
OUTDOOR SPACE
Luna’s spacious, enclosed garden offers year-round appeal and is in bloom from spring through fall. The front portal provides a quiet, shaded spot for conversation or afternoon reading. The back yard features a gas grill and a large table with seating for six.

- This home is dog-friendly (for stays shorter than 14 nights) with an additional $150 fee, however dogs are not allowed on the furniture. Any pet hair found on the furniture may result in additional cleaning fees.

- The outside of this home is monitored by security cameras.
- On-street parking requires a permit (two visitor permits are provided at the house for use during your stay). Two additional off-street spaces are available in the dedicated parking area behind the house.
