This authentic 2 bedroom, 1 bath casita is in the heart of the
historic Eastside and embodies all the charm and ambience that Santa Fe has to offer.
This quaint and classy home is located in the world-renowned Canyon Road art district surrounded by galleries, studios, shops and restaurants. A wonderful park is across the street.

ceilings with original vigas, arched doorways and a Kiva fireplace. Without losing its original charm, this casita has been preserved, yet has all the modern conveniences to make your stay comfortable, cozy, and relaxing.
The tastefully decorated living room is cozy and comfortable. On cold nights enjoy the ambience of the Kiva fireplace.
The fully equipped kitchen has a wall of windows to let the sunshine in with a cafe table for 2.
Adjoining the kitchen and living room is a generous size formal dining room to enjoy all your stay-at-home meals when you’re not dining at one of Santa Fe’s many iconic and award-winning restaurants.
Just down the road a short walking distance is the fusion restaurant Geronimo which is on OpenTable’s list of the 100 Best Restaurants in the U.S, and even closer is the popular Teahouse, a great eatery for breakfast and lunch. Not to mention The Compound an acclaimed restaurant for lunch and dinner boasting an award for WineSpectator’s Best of Award of Excellence.
BEDROOMS:
There are 2 well appointed bedrooms: The king size bedroom is classically decorated with beautiful furnishings, a large armoire and tv.
The 2nd bedroom with a queen bed has an armoire for storage and is located at the back of the house . There is a good separation of bedrooms for privacy.
The Mexican tiled bathroom located near the primary bedroom has a tub and shower. Just off the bathroom is a full size stackable washer and dryer.
On the frequent warm and sunny days Santa Fe is known for, relax and dine on
the patio with ample seating and a barbecue grill.
PARKING is on the premise for 1 vehicle.

Canyon Road is a world renowned arts district. Home to over eighty art galleries, as well as boutiques, restaurants, and historic adobe homes, it is the cultural center of Santa Fe. 1. PLEASE NOTE: The bedrooms are well separated and private. However, the master bedroom due to the 24 inch adobe walls does not have a door. There is a heavy curtain for privacy. If you are looking for bedrooms that are completely soundproof and private

2. There are 2 very private and self-contained houses located in the compound.
There are no shared areas except for part of the driveway.
We ask that you are considerate of your noise levels when outside.
-PLEASE KEEP YOUR DOG OFF THE FURNITURE AND BEDS. ANY EVIDENCE OF SUCH WILL RESULT IN AN EXTRA $500 CLEANING FEE.
We only allow one dog under 50 lbs. Your pooch is welcome with a
$150/non-refundable fee. Please select " pet" when reserving.
