Unit 101 was completely rebuilt and re-furnished from the ground up, completed in April 2024. If you're new to this unit, you should be pleasantly surprised by the modern and comfortable furnishings, the well-stocked kitchen including toaster oven, dual function coffee maker (coffee pot and single K cups), the kitchen tools and gadgets you'd have at home including a slow cooker. Lounge or dine al fresco on the 24 ft. long screened lanai with table, chairs and two chaise loungers, or linger in the expanded and very private primary bedroom suite with walk-in closet, sitting area and desk.
