Enjoy Gulf Views and Lush Landscaping from a beautifully decorated condo centrally located in the heart of Sanibel Siesta. The condo is just steps from the beach and a large heated pool as well as tennis, shuffleboard, and BBQ facilities. You will enjoy Gulf views, and plenty of shells and sea life to keep you and your children occupied....a paradise for a lifetime to enjoy!
Whether you choose to spend a week or a month in this fabulous, newly renovated 1200 square foot 2 bedroom, 2 bath condo, no detail has been overlooked. Unit 804 has been decorated with high end furnishings and is freshly painted in soothing coastal gray and white colors.
Combined with a great location, you have everything you need for an amazing vacation at this 62-unit complex. With an outdoor heated pool, private parking, elevators, shuffleboard and grills, Checks off all of the 'want' boxes for your vacation getaway.
The kitchen is fully-equipped with everything you need to be self-catering. The gourmand of the family will be pleased with all of the supplied accoutrements that make meal prep and entertaining a breeze.
And, yes, there are USB charging inputs for your phones and tablets, along with complimentary wifi.
The Modern decor of the master bedroom has tile throughout, a King bed, flat panel tv. In addition, there is an en-suite bath, with beautiful tile details and custom vanity, as well as a walk-in closet.
The guest room features two Twin beds, flat panel tv, and bath, with a custom vanity and mosaic tile shower.
A quick walk down the stairs or a short elevator ride takes you to the pool area. The outdoor heated pool, and there are chaise lounges and umbrellas to provide shade from the Sanibel sun.
Join in on a game of shuffleboard, meet friends at the grills, or head on out to the beach and fish for your dinner.
Reservation pricing is based on a party of 4. A $30 daily fee will apply for any 5th or 6th person, a 1-time extra linen charge of $35.00 will apply. Max occupancy is 6 including children and infants. NO PETS

A week away…..
We had a great week at Sanibel Siesta. Unit is big, clean, clean, and close to beach (2 min walk). Lots to see and do. Went shark fishing, did the tram tour at the nature preserve and biked around on the trails. A/C kept us cool after being out in the hot FL sun. HIGHLY recommended.

Good size condo near the beach.
We overall had a pleasant experience. The apartment was near the beach and was updated and of decent size. The check-in process was easy and the ladies at the reception were very nice, helpful, and polite. The beach was only 3 minutes away on foot. There is garage space that made the trip even more convenient. The room could have been a bit cleaner (we found cheerios behind one of the beds & hair in the bathroom). The beach chairs were pretty rusty, so we did not use them. We had to take our own trash out, which I have not seen before with any rentals. Given that we spent 3 nights there and it was 5 of us, that took us a while. The pool is smaller than it looks in the photos, and needs more cleaning. It's not ideal for groups of friends and couples, as families with kids hang out there, running around, jump in the pool (even though it's not aloud), etc.

Perfection in Paradise
I know when I’m looking for the perfect place to stay, I have a few things that are a must. Plenty of space, close to the beach and clean! Upon arrival, Siesta Sanibel, is a gorgeous condominium complex. The warm welcome and attention to all the details of your stay, is managed by a group of lovely ladies. Check in was simple. The condo was spacious, the layout is ideal. All of the bedding/linen and furniture is nearly new and high quality (including the pullout sofa). The condo is a 1 minute walk to the beach. Perfect! Finally, the cleanliness is 10/10. They clean every nook and cranny. Overall, you couldn’t get better.

Fantastic view and amazing location!
This was a perfect place for our family of 5. It was clean and right on the beach with plenty of room for all of us. We really enjoyed having a garage for our vehicle. They had all things available for activities on the beach. We enjoyed having access to bikes so we could ride to dinner and our for coffee. I highly recommend this place and we will certainly be coming back!!

A Very Merry Sanibel Thanksgiving
We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the Sanibel Siesta and the condo was very comfortable and so close to the beautiful beach! This was our first visit to the island as a family and we enjoyed the shelling, the local restaurants, and local shopping as well. Be sure to go pick up some Love Boat ice cream and enjoy overlooking the beach at sunset from the Adirondack chairs provided on the property. It was lovely! Would definitely recommend and we would definitely stay here again.
