"We had a lovely time here! It was just the refresh we all needed. There were parts of the house that could definitely use some TLC (ie. broken trim, missing lightbulbs/insufficient light), but our group wasn’t too bothered by those things. The hot tub could have been cleaner (some of our group got rashes), but the other amenities made up for it. Despite the negatives, we would (and will) stay here again."

"This was our annual trip to Lake Anna, Number 37. The weather was perfect. Nice house but there were a few things missing that would have been nice to have. especially in the kitchen. Overall a very nice weekend. "

"We stayed here for two night for a family wedding we attended in the area. The house was very clean and everything worked. However the WiFi strength is weak for TV. Beautiful location. We did not use boats or anything outdoors but I’m sure it would be a great spot for summer fun. "

"Our group was 12 girls and we had the best trip. This home is beautiful, clean, and big! There was a ton of space for us all and the view is amazing. The kitchen has most of the cooking supplies you would need and there are two grills outside with gas provided. There is a fun game room and two large sitting areas. "We are in the process of building on Lake Anna and so we stay at a lot of rentals on the weekend. This one was by far the most like home. The house looks to be recently remodeled on the inside. Everything was impeccably clean. And they even had a full rack of spices in the kitchen (which we never see). The bed libens and towels were far above the average we encounter at most rental homes. We will be staying here again!"

"This is a beautiful and well appointed new construction house with rooms and beds for everyone! We loved family time, especially on the back deck and the dock down by the water. "My family and I traveled to Powhatan for a wedding at The Mill at Fine Creek. The house and the town had such a beautiful small town vibe that was such a perfect place for us to hang out and get ready. We were able to enjoy the owners restaurant, which was right across the street, and an adorable coffee shop. There was also a great park nearby with walking trails and playground for the kids. We truly enjoyed our stay! "

"This is a beautiful home, and I could not have asked for a more comfortable living area to share with my children and new granddaughter. We enjoyed cooking as a family in the beautiful kitchen overlooking the lake. The outside was just what we wanted from the beach to the firepit and corn hole. The owner was quick and responsive to the few issues raised and everything was resolved amazingly. Highly recommend."

"The location was perfect! The house was large enough for our needs as was the yard. The decks/patio/garage desperately needed to be cleaned, we could not even sit outside sadly. The front door needs to be replaced also. Kitchen was decently stocked. We will be back but it would be nice if these items are attended to."
