"Everything was just as described in the listing- wish we weren’t so tired from the beach to enjoy the pool! So close to the beach!!!Neighborhood was a little rundown but there are security cameras around the property entrances code door lock so that made us feel very safe you park in the driveway. Nice basement APT with good AC, comfy bed, arcade game, keurig, and the mini fridge had some water bottles which we def needed after the beach. "Four of us celebrating having or soon to turn 40. House was amazing - I understand some of the comments about the steep hill down to the water, but that did not stop us (use the driveway, don't go down the grass!). Communication with the host was fantastic, the house was in great shape, and there are plenty of restaurants, grocery stores, etc. nearby. We all agreed it's one of the best houses that we've rented. "

"A wonderful beach bungalow in a fantastic location!! We enjoyed the peace and quiet of the neighborhood. The home was clean, comfortable and cozy. The outdoor space was an added bonus!! We enjoyed dining alfresco and relaxing in front of the fireplace!! Tiffany was a perfect host and always available if we had any questions. We would love to come back to this sweet beach bungalow!!!"

"Three of us were in town for a Navy reunion. This was the perfect place for us. There are 3 bedrooms. Pretty small, but perfect if you just need a bed and dresser.
