"Perfect for a family get-together weekend - was better than we could have imagined. Quiet, lots of privacy, and close to Wilmington's best pizza (Pie's On Pizza - the calzones are huge!) Incredibly clean and well kept. And the Kasa crew were always a te t away to answer small questions. "Parking was further than anticipated, the room key pad was confusing and locked us out immediately and we had to use the key on the table, luckily security was able to unlock our door for us so we could get ready and make it to our event on time. There was some damage to the bathroom cabinet towards the bottom when we arrived and stains on the bedroom carpet, clean other than that. Beautiful views, felt very secure, and in walking distance from everything we needed. "

"This was the perfect spot for me and my family. House had everything you need from the kitchen to the bedrooms. There were 5 adults and 2 children, and this house had more than enough room for everybody. Backyard was amazing pool was great for the kids and the jacuzzi was a much need comfort for the adults. Host kept in contact with us if we needed anything, we felt very taken care of. Can’t recommend this place enough"

"We loved this property. It was perfect for my husband and I. We were able to walk everywhere - great location! It was very clean with a comfy bed. We appreciated the free parking right next door. Our daughter is a senior at UNCW and I wish we had found this gem earlier! It would be our go-to every time! The host was great too! If you need a one bedroom unit - look no further!!"
