"Stayed at the motor inn and it was exceptional! Location is excellent (a two minute walk to the lake, beside a brewery with great food and two great cafes, plus a number of other restaurants), the property and rooms are well decorated and beautiful, and the staff is so welcoming and accommodating. Will be back!!"

"We were provided a code to access the Cottage which was perfect as we did end up arriving about 1 hour after check in. Parking was nice and close to the cottage. The space was clean and bright and beautifully appointed. It had everything including the wine bottle opener that I had forgotten! We were able to walk to Dinner down at the Drake Devonshire and it was fabulous. Next day we watched the PEC Parade and watched the Giant Pumpkin Weigh off. Great place to stay! Highly recommend"

"All was great other than that we were charged for using Kayaks and paddle boat. When after the trip I aske the host, they said we should have been charged and they will pay our money back, but I have been still waiting to receive my money back for Kayaks etc. I will update my review and put comment in reviews as soon as the host pay our Kayaks and paddle boat money back."

"Such a beautiful property. Definitely a unique experience in PEC outside of traditional hotels. Felt like we had the place to ourselves. The orchard view was spectacular and loved the chickens running around the property. Would definitely stay again. "

"We had a lovely weekend staying at this B&B. Accommodations are beautiful and hosts were super friendly and helpful. Backyard view of West Lake with the autumn colours was lovely amd peaceful. Great location for a trip to Sandbanks, local wineries and some geocaching! "

"Easy to find and only 5 mins from Sandbanks by car. Our RV was in good condition but the queen-sized mattress is due for replacement. The interior was very clean and stocked with utensils, cookware, and dishes. There was only one condiment, salt. We didn't use the stove or oven because the propane bbq provided had a side burner and worked like a charm. Don't expect much privacy as the units are close together and far from soundproof. "Well located in the middle of everything. Walking distance to cafes, grocery store, restaurants, etc. A few minutes drive to the Sanbanks beach, there is even a day pass in the room for a free entry to the park with an online reservation. Communication with the management was efficient and they were very good with our request. We loved our stay there."
