With too many amenities to list, this 5 bedroom, 7 bathroom stunner is a short 30 minute drive to Grand Rapids, and the perfect spot to host a getaway with friends and/or family. Wake up with breakfast in the gourmet chef's kitchen and prepare a coffee using the built in Miele coffee maker, then enjoy it by the fireplace in the screened-in porch area. Once you're fully awake, perhaps you'll head down for a workout in the professional-grade gym, or enjoy a game of basketball or pickleball on the custom court. Ready to cool down? Why don't you take a few steps down to the water? Up for a refreshing dip in the lake? Maybe take the kayak or paddleboards out and check out the stunning views Baptist Lake has to offer. As the sun goes down, enjoy the bar and game area equipped with shuffleboard table, ping pong, darts, and more. A+ - Everything you could ask for!
We had a wonderful time at this Sand Lake house. Everything was perfect from the impeccably decorated home to all of the amenities. Being right on the lake is wonderful, and Sand Lake is not too far from other destinations like Grand Rapids and Lake Michigan. (Would recommend The Forager for lunch or dinner which is only 10-15 mins from the house.) We rented the boat which made it extra special. We would highly recommend this property to anyone looking for a family getaway.

Family Vacation.
The home and location were perfect for our family. It exceeded our expectation, layout, finishes, equipment, ect. all high end and quality through out. We were 10 adults and 8 kids ages 3-13, bunk room was prefect Everyday was action packed with boating, tubing, boarding, fishing, pickle ball and golf. Pilgrim Run is 7 minutes from the house. our 4 grandsons are all experienced with fishing and the lake offers great bass fishing. most of the time we fished off the dock and early morning and evening were best using minnows, largest was 20'' 3.5lbs. Lisa thank you for all the help with my many questions and responding to questions and recommendations during our stay. We will be back!

Our family stayed here for a long weekend and the house and property exceeded our expectations. The house was so clean and had everything we needed for our stay. The hosts were some of the best we’ve had — so easy to work with and were always available via text/call if we needed them. I would recommend this place to anyone looking for a beautiful stay on the water! We would definitely stay again!

Wonderful family trip, luxury home!
Truly an immaculate home, I couldn't have asked for anything more. The home was practically turn key in regards to bedding, appliances, and amenities. Groceries were easily obtained using instacart although a major grocery store was only a 10min drive away. The added safety of a fenced yard is not to be overlooked--our small children were safe and enjoyed the sandy beach every day. Most importantly, the host is the most responsive and friendly host I've ever worked with in a rental property. We travel w/ P2P rentals 2-3 times per year and have for the last 8+ years. By far, the best host we've worked with, couldn't recommend higher. In short, rent this house, you will not regret it. PS--if you have the chance to rent over the 4th of July holiday, you should, the fireworks over the lake are unbelievable!

Great rental even better owner
We had a weekend wedding at the house with a few family members and this house could not have been more beautiful. The pictures don't do it justice. Lisa was also very accommodating and very quick to respond and anything you can think of that you may have forgot, was already provided on the property and top quality. It was overall the best weekend rental we have ever had.

The Stunning Lake House with Everything Provided!
The Lake House was everything we could have ever wanted. The location was on point, the views are incredible, the special amenities (hot tub, work out facility, sport court, fireplace, wifi and surround sound) the butlers pantry and the landscaping. The whole experience was so wonderful and we enjoyed our time spent here with our Sand Lake relatives. We hope to come back and stay in the Fall. Thank you Lisa and Mandy for an excellent weekend! Magical Weekend!
What a beautiful house!! We had the best weekend at the lakehouse. It was the perfect size for our group, plenty of common space to socialize, comfortable beds and bedrooms and fully stocked with every utensil and appliance you would need to make this house your home for the week! Can’t wait to come back :)

Great Lake home! Wonderful layout with full view of lake from nearly every room in house! Lake sandy & clear! All types of water equipment such as paddle boat, kayaks & paddle boards! Also a beautiful patio & hot tub !!! Loved the screened in porch! Kitchen, living & dining room open and conducive to all family activities from cooking, eating & enjoying time together!

Fantastic
Our stay was during the second week of July with 10 adults and 9 kids, ages 3-13. Overall, the entire property was outstanding. Plenty of room to spread out and not be on top of each other. The porch overlooking the lake was incredible and included a fireplace and large tv. We spent a ton of time there while not by the lake. Baptist Lake is on the small side but very nice. The water was clear and the only challenge was the amount of weeds. Not mentioned in the property overview is an underwater weed control system that keeps some of the weeds away from the dock. We caught numerous largemouth bass from both the dock as well as the kayaks. The surrounding yard was also awesome and allowed the kids to play soccer and other games right by the lake. If you choose to workout during vacation, this place has a nicer gym set up than most fitness centers. Although not mentioned in the property overview, one of the bedrooms (it's actually a little studio like apt) is above the garage. It's separate from the main house but requires a very short walk outside to access it. This wasn't a problem for us but still wanted to point it out. Both Nick and Lisa were great hosts and always responded quickly to any question we threw there way. As another reviewer mentioned, I'd rather not hype this place too much as too many people will want to book it!
