"It was a great place to stay. "

"This was a beautiful location, we spent much of our visit sipping coffee on the back porch, looking out at the pond, watching the birds. Such a relaxing trip! The house was spotless, and everything we needed was provided. The host was helpful and communication was fast and easy. I definitely added this location to my “return to” list! "

"Run, dont walk ! We request our money back...did not even stay in the room. This is a run down motel 6 and crack house. We opened our door and it reeked of smoke. We are retired and don't have money to waste, but left and did not stay!!! None enlish speaking at desk and request a immediate deposit. That should tell you everything! "

"So very cozy and beautiful, from the kitchen to bedrooms/bathrooms, everything was very clean and extra blankets and any other necessities were available when needed, communication was quick and accommodating, even when we had to add an extra day at the last minute. Thank you"

"Nice place. Would be a little small for more than 4 people. The bed was comfortable and there was plenty of bedding available. The seating in the living room could be better. There's only one couch for sitting. There's 2 small dining tables - one in the living room - but they wouldn't be comfortable for any length of time. One bedroom doesn't have a place to hang clothes or a dresser. Otherwise it's a great little place for a short stay. "

"From abundant nature to the terrific kitchen to the friendly, accommodating host—Lakeview Escape has it covered! Very clean and thoughtfully arranged and decorated. Our three families within a family (ages 5-75) found much to enjoy."

"This cabin is fairly small but very well equipped for our stay. The layout was perfect, kitchen was well stocked with anything we may have forgot, the bedroom and bathroom are very suitable, quiet and very relaxing. We watched the grey squirrels, birds, and deer from the kitchen it was very cold outside so was not able to use the deck."

"Great beds, very clean place. Property feels private. Only downside is the dozens of little flies that come inside when you open the front door if you have ANY Lights on inside at all. Even in late November, this was a very real problem, with no apparent solution except to just stay inside. If the fire pit is not your thing, just stay inside, I guess."

"We loved the deck and view of the lake. It was so peaceful and the house had everything we needed. We will definitely plan on staying again when we visit our son "

"A historically rustic cabin with modern amenities that make it very comfortable. Cozy but not cramped…well appointed to make it a safe, accessible and a very enjoyable venue. Conveniently located to the lake and town but, as the name implies, tucked remotely in the woods. "

"Nice and quiet stay"

"A beautiful cabin, so very comfy, spotlessly clean and welcoming. The well-equipped kitchen allowed for easy meal preparation, and the comfortable living space was perfect for curling up with a good book, TV and lots of DVDs to choose from. We enjoyed the firepit in the cold weather. The hosts were incredibly welcoming and ensured we had everything we needed for a truly memorable stay."

"Great place for families and larger groups. Plenty of space and beds and we loved the pickleball court, cornhole, pool table, shuffleboard, etc."
