"O quarto do hotel é excelente, mas não tem nenhum serviço de cômoda. Chegamos tarde da noite, com fome e não tinha absolutamente nada para pedir no hotel. Ficamos 3 noites e o quarto não foi limpo nenhum dia. Na primeira noite O vaso sanitário vazou e espalhou água pelo quarto todo. Além disso, o único elevador do hotel estava com defeito e tivemos que subir as malas e descer na saída sem nenhuma ajuda. "

"This is a really good option if you want to be close to downtown. Lots of good restaurants, bars, museums, ect. to see in a walkable distance. Just make sure to bring earplugs because this property is directly under the flight path for planes landing at the airport, they pass over only a couple hundred feet overhead continuously all day but slack off at night. "We booked this hotel while travelling with our teenagers for a funeral in SanDiego. We loved that our suite had plenty of space for everyone, and a big balcony. The resort was beautiful and well kept. There was entertainment at the pool with the ‘dive in movie nights’, great food with fantastic service at the Firefly and friendly staff at the front desk. "Beautiful resort. We were in the tower on the top floor facing the highway so it was constantly loud with those sounds when on the balcony. The room was quiet, and the staff very accommodating when it came to daily service. Their Spa Breeza was to die for. I really loved being pampered and my massage therapist Melinda was caring and thorough. I felt like i was floating when I left there. If you play tennis, their are 6 courts! I highly recommend this resort!"
