"Terrible installation: it cannot be considered a hotel! It was just a bedroom used by someone and it was dirty, with water flowing in the vase, no towels. "I stayed here for a few days by myself, working for part of the day and surfing nearby waves the rest of the time. Then I spent a full week here with a friend just surfing from this location at several local surf spots. All went well. It was a bit tricky to get our 9 foot longboards up the stairs, but we figured it out. We were able to cook basic meals in the apartment and loved the balcony area for hanging out in the mornings and evenings. I met the host once or twice in the parking lot...

"Our flight got canceled after we had gotten to the airport. So we were scrambling for a place to stay since they weren't able to get us on another flight until the next evening. Communication was excellent, the unit owner was very accommodating and pleasant. He made sure the unit was cleaned for us within an hour since we were arriving late and an hour away from the location. Very grateful to him for giving us a place to rest our heads after a crazy night at the airport!"

"We very much enjoyed our stay. Communication with Carlos was very easy before and during! The location really can't be beat, the view is tremendous, the pool is really nice. The apartment feels huge - more than enough room for a family of 4. We could go down to Crashboat any time we want, it's very safe compared to Jobos for non-surfers. You have to try Breakfast by Sunflower right across the street, and Lucas and Ellas in Aguadilla. :)"

"We had a great stay at Casa D'Palma. The set-up of the house was perfect for our group because it allowed everyone to have some of their own private space while also having gathering spaces that were large enough for everyone to be together for meals and hanging out. The house is clean and well stocked with kitchen gear and things you will need for the beach and pool. The host was very responsive to our requests for assistance with issues. We would definitely visit again!"

Contacted the property mgr a couple of times with the first time on Sunday, on the key for the casuta door and was advised that someone would come out and no one did. We contacted again on Wednesday and still no one had showed up like we were told. And we checked out today which is Saturday. "

"Our stay and overall experience were pleasant, and I highly recommend this place for anyone looking to escape the city. The rooms and facilities have been renovated, and the bakery near the main street was fantastic. There are also plenty of restaurants and bars nearby. Breakfast from hotel, I must mention that we did not enjoy the breakfast. The egg wrap we ordered was soggy and seemed to have been cooked with too much oil."
