AMAZING BEACH HOUSE ON A CLIFF, Spectacular OCEAN VIEWS & private beach access

Beautiful house that sits on top of a cliff with spectacular ocean views of the Pacific. It's located 45 minutes away from the capital of San Salvador and also 45 minutes from the International Airport.

The house is an Ibizan style architecture with several levels of terraces and ambients where you can relax and enjoy the magnificent views. The pool is located in a level with a large palm roof ranch where you can appreciate the beautiful sunsets and hear the waves crashing on rocks below.

It’s a five bedroom and 3.5 bathrooms beach house. Some of the rooms have their private living room where you can appreciate the ocean view and have a quiet and relaxing moment. all of them with air conditioner

Rincon Azul is 5 minutes away by car from El Tunco, one of the most popular surfer beaches in El Salvador with plenty of coast type bars and live music discotheques. Playa Sunzal and El Zonte are famous beaches for their incredible surfing and both are minutes away by car, they are also known by its delicious sea food restaurants. One of the most popular is LA HOLA BETOS, which is walking distance from our property.

Amazing ocean location vacation rental
This is absolutely an amazing location to stay for a few days or a week. Access to the beach is understated. Once you walk down to the beach, you have an amazing view of the cliffs surrounding it. You can swim in the ocean no problem. After the beach, you walk up and jump in the pool and then go in the hammock area to relax. There’s a few restaurants walking distance from the house and an awesome Super Selectos (supermarket) 10 min drive. Keep in mind this house is open to the outside, including the kitchen and most areas have ceilings fans. The rooms are obviously closed out and all have AC. The cleanliness was good but having an open house brings in little critters. Like camping, don’t leave any food out in the open at night. Maria and Carlos were very attentive to our needs and are very discreet. Overall, we had a great time. Highly recommended.

Marvelous Home w Oceanfront Views and Spectacular Service
This home not only met our family’s needs but exceeded them in every way. The oceanfront views were breathtaking, and the house layout was perfect for our group of 12 adults and 2 children—it accommodated everyone comfortably. From pre-booking through checkout, the host was responsive, helpful, and incredibly kind. The property is just minutes from El Tunco, which was a huge plus. Maria and Carlos (the onsite contacts) were phenomenal. Maria prepared breakfast and dinner for us on several days, and everything she made was absolutely delicious. We highly recommend booking this home and can’t wait to return in the future!

We stayed at this home in July we were a party of 13 and we loved this home it is very beautiful very clean I felt very safe Maria and her husband take care of the property and opened the gate for us every time we went out they are very nice and very friendly the house is right next to betos restaurant and that restaurant is amazing!!! Maria recommended a pupusa place down the street it was so delicious we would definitely come back here again

This property is absolutely amazing. The care takers are also amazing and always available. Rooms are spacious and clean. The pool is great and warm. Anyone with Families and friends will enjoy this piece of paradise!

Beautiful property right on the beach, nice views, cleans house, loved waking up to the sound of the waves and best of all very attentive people in the property. Maria and her family were awesome, we had her cook for us and she is awesome her food is delicious would go back just to have her cook for us again!

Fantastic Views
This property has amazing views of the pacific ocean from almost every area/room, and it starts from the moment you walk through the front door! The sunsets were incredible, as was the property's private access to the beach! There are lots of exterior sitting areas, with amazing ocean views, including extra large dining table area, pool area with table and umbrella, and the palapa sitting area with comfy jamacas! Owners were very nice and responsive prior to and during our stay. Maria (the lady that lives on the property in a separate building) and her husband were nice and helpful too.

beautiful house, accommodates a big family and friends, the caretakers are very respectful and helpful. we enjoyed the private beach and the views. the fact that is next door to Beto's restaurant is fantastic if you don't feel like cooking. overall it was an excellent choice. we all enjoyed it.

Incredible Vacation Spot
I've traveled quite a few places but this has to be the most beautiful place I've ever stayed. Spent a week here with the whole family and had a great time. The caretakers, Carlos and Maria, were incredibly helpful. They provided us water, cleaned each morning, and were completely accommodating to our comings and goings. Carlos and I even caught fish in the surf from the house. There are good restaurants within walking distance and it's not far from La Libertad or even day trips up to San Salvador. The best part was watching the sun set over the ocean each evening.

Fantastic home
What an oasis!! The views start from the moment that you walk through the front door. We had some a wonderful time. Right down the street from Sunzal and El Tunco. Carlos and Maria were always available for any of our needs. Their family even joined us for a non traditional Thanksgiving meal that we all created together. This was the perfect relaxing week that our family needed.

Travel Buddies celebrating a birthday
This was one of the most amazing homes I have ever stayed!!! Caretaker Maira was a complete doll and even brought me a birthday cake and the owner a small gift! Wow! Such a beautiful house with so much charm all around, my favorite was the set up 3 massages on the deck at 8pm and it was outstanding to hear that ocean while getting a massage!!!!!

Amazing El Tunco Home
Outstanding home with great views and amazing location. Walkable to Beto’s seafood, Puerto Vikingo and Cadejo Brewing and only a 5 min drive to El Tunco for nightlife. Less than 30 minutes from Tamanique waterfalls. Huge compound with ridiculous views, private beach access. Carlos and Maria were gracious hosts and were very welcoming. They made our stay that much more authentic and fun. We will definitely be back!

Breathtaking Views
Property is well situated on a cliff overlooking the ocean. Stunning sunsets and sunrises. Next door is Betos Restaurant which hosts large party’s and have delicious food. Carlos and Maria were amazing as well. Daily meals and room service available for a reasonable additional charge. Loved that we were able to have our laundry done as well. We held our company retreat here over the Thanksgiving Holiday. The property manager helped us find a caterer to provide a Salvadoran Thanksgiving turkey lunch. Rooms have A/C. Private access to the beach. There are lots of rocks so check with Carlos or Maria about best time to walk down to the beach. There’s also lots to do in the area. Car service is available too upon request. We cannot wait to return. Everyone in our party loved the trip and the beach house.

AMAZING
Truly amazing and wonderful experience. Communication was great from the beginning and all questions answered promptly. The house itself had everything we needed to enjoy our stay. Location was great, beach, shops, restaurants were a few minutes away. The view from the pool deck had to be the best thing. I would definitely recommend staying here. Will definitely be back.

Amazing Experience!
From booking to departure, our family was very pleased! Communication from the host was great, the property was very well maintained, great amenities, beautiful views and great location. I have been traveling to El Salvador for decades and didn’t realize that this gem of a house was right next to one of favorite restaurants (Beto’s). Most importantly, the on-site property management Carlos and his wife Maria were AMAZING! They were very attentive, whatever we needed they were there! Very nice people. They made us feel right at home. We will be coming back! Desde la reserva hasta la partida, ¡nuestra familia estuvo muy satisfecha! La comunicación del la dueña de la casa fue excelente, la propiedad estaba muy bien cuidada, excelentes comodidades, hermosas vistas y excelente ubicación. He estado viajando a El Salvador durante décadas y no me di cuenta de que esta joya de casa estaba justo al lado de uno de los restaurantes favoritos (Beto's). ¡Lo más importante es que la administración de la propiedad en el lugar, Carlos y su esposa María, fueron INCREÍBLES! Fueron muy atentos, todo lo que necesitáramos estaban allí! Muy buena gente. Nos hicieron sentir como en casa. ¡Estaremos de vuelta!
