"I stayed in the suite with a kitchen and I have to say I’m glad I did. With Oaxaca being a place know for good eats, at times there’s leftovers and with the microwave there it was perfect to reheat some food. Half a block away there’s a restaurant Jardon which was delicious, plus a small store to stock up the fridge. All of this is walking distance, the person to receive us also recommended a Taxi as we needed one to arrive to a wedding we attended. I would stay here again for sure, plus Super...

"We really enjoyed our stay! As other reviewers have mentioned, there is a lot of street noise as it’s such a great central location. I found it easy to sleep just by running the fan as white noise and there are fewer cars and noisy passers-by overnight anyway. The courtyard is beautiful and although our trip was packed with activities so we didn’t spend much time at the house other than to sleep, we’d stay again. Moises was very helpful and responsive. "Such a good choice: - 2 couples, each of us had our own "wing", bathroom and sense of privacy- patio/deck is expansive, well furnished in shade and in the sun and at night. It is indeed a beautiful view.- All the furniture, art and kitchen stuff felt more like a home than a rental place. "I stayed for 6 nights and explored Oaxaca city and the surrounding area. This place was perfectly located in the artsy area of the city. There is not a ton of natural light in the main room and middle bedroom, but I stayed in the room with lots of light facing the front entrance and it was duvine. It was great having a kitchen and coffee pot for saving on eating out! But eat out a little as the food in Oaxaca is amazing. "

"Dieter was consistently an excellent communicator and sought to attend to our requests. The location is within walking distance to the tourist neighborhoods. If you need a quiet room, consider renting one of the apartments that do not front the street. There is a streetlight that beams through the lovely white curtains so consider bringing a sleeping mask. We were unlucky to have a three day interruption of internet service. "

"We loved the proximity to Centro and surrounding neighborhoods. There are plenty of Cafes, restaurants, and markets nearby. The apartment is away from busy streets and is reasonably quiet. The kitchen was well equipped, but we didn't cook while we were there. The beds were comfortable. The rest of the furniture was not comfortable for relaxing.
