This luxury townhouse is surrounded by the East San Francisco Bay foothills. From nearby Mt. Diablo, views extend from the snow-capped Sierras to the east to the San Francisco Bay and Peninsula to the west and the City and beyond to the north. The East Bay Regional Park system (which includes Mt. Diablo) offers over 1000 miles of hiking, biking, and riding trails.

This magnificent, serene setting has been described by visitors as comparable to being on a perennial vacation. Very private, yet just minutes from the 580 and 680 freeways.

The location offers close proximity to San Francisco (45 minutes), Oakland (20 minutes) and San Jose airports (30 minutes) and to Bay Area Rapid Transit (BART) (5 minutes). The thriving San Ramon Valley abounds with restaurants, shopping, golf courses, spas, and entertainment. Numerous tourist spots are nearby: San Francisco, Berkeley and Oakland; the wine countries of Marin, Livermore, Napa and Sonoma; Great America Six Flags; Marine World/Africa USA and Water World to name just a few. Yosemite National Park, Monterey, Carmel, Santa Cruz, and the Northern California coastline of beaches are all within a few hours' drive.

This luxury townhouse is also ideally situated for visiting university faculty, temporary corporate reassignments.

This nearly-1700 square foot retreat has a large fully furnished kitchen with an adjacent dining area leading into the living room. Each of the two upstairs master suites has its own full private bathroom. There is also a half-bath on the main level. A fenced and flowering patio provides some outdoor privacy in this quiet neighborhood.

San Ramon Townhome
Homeowner is very accessible and responsive to requests and suggestions. Location is perfect for shopping, parks, and travel to San Francisco. The home is spacious and the kitchen is well stocked with everything needed for cooking and serving dinners. The home is not a luxury residence in terms of furnishings and overall condition of furniture and window treatments, but it is comfortable for a short term rental.

Great space for a family of four
We loved staying at Gina's house for a week while we attended a family wedding in the area. Travelling from the UK meant we couldn't bring too much with us but the house is so well equipped with everything you might need (including a toddler toilet seat!) and we really loved the little toiletries that were left for us on arrival. We are a family of four (2 adults and 2 kids aged 2 and 4) and the space worked perfectly for us. The bedrooms are large enough for extra mattresses on the floor and both bathrooms have a bath which is handy when you have kids. Gina was a great host too and let our family have early access to the property so that they could leave some groceries for when we arrived. We would definitely stay here again!

Great Stay!
The townhouse was easy to find and access. Overall very well kept; clean, tidy and nicely decorated. *important; In the bedrooms one can't open the windows, due to the AC. This would have been nice to know in advance. Gina was very helpful when we had questions or concerns. Overall we felt ver comfortable in the home and would recommend this VRBO.

perfect stay for a family visit in the East Bay
a wonderful townhouse, well equipped with a personal touch. We had a great time in Ginas´ property and felt at home right away. Coming from overseas it was important that we could relax and enjoy our stay. Gina was the perfect host upfront and answered all our questions promptly. Comfortable and convenient
This townhouse was the perfect place for our son and his 5 groomsmen to stay for a few days before the wedding. It is clean, comfortable, and the rooms are spacious and well appointed. The unit is conveniently located near a freeway so it is easy to get wherever you need to go. Gina was easy to contact and accommodating to our need for early access to the home. Another bonus - the unit is next to a creek so it is quiet and relaxing.

Family Event fulfilled
Our San Ramon stay was accommodated very nicely in the spacious townhome. Our stay had two couples each with an adult kid attending a family wedding (for a total of 6 of us) and Gina's place was located perfectly. The two bedrooms upstairs are sizable and each with it's own bath, plus the half bath downstairs made getting ready for the wedding very easy. The garage is small but it does sufficiently accommodate one car, and we were in and out quite a bit. Groceries and shopping are a very short drive to the south. The home is not far from the interstate but it is surprisingly quiet. There is no real front yard to speak of, but the patio off the living area is quiet and comfortable, a great morning coffee spot. She communicated with us very well and went the extra mile to make sure that things were working out for our two families, and we were offered a late check out. There is a very nice hike and trailhead only about 1/2 mile to the northwest (in the neighborhood), and there is also a mini-neighborhood vineyard that you can walk to and through only a few blocks away. The neighborhood is kept up very well, and there is a very interesting historic structure possibly being renovated a stone's throw from the townhome development. We were very glad to have booked Gina's place versus a hotel, and we felt it was a very good value.

Very Roomy and Clean!
Upon entering the condo, we knew our next 4 nights were going to be sheer comfort. We loved the large rooms, and it had everything we needed. I don't usually walk around barefooted in rentals, for obvious reasons, but I stayed barefooted in this condo. A few things that could have improved our stay: more washcloths; a chest of drawers in the one master bedroom; walk-in shower; slip resistant mats in the tubs; and the noisy air vent (fan) in the King en suite could be replaced.

Excellent spot for our family holiday!
We thoroughly enjoyed staying in Gina's townhouse for a week in Sep. We came with 2 little ones (ages 2 and 4) and we always try to find a place where we can spread out. Well, they had plenty of room to run, dance and play in the living room. We loved that each room had it's own bathroom which made it so easy getting 2 kids ready for bed. Gina has equipped the house with everything you need (the kitchen was stocked with spices!) During my stay, we did notice several areas that needed maintenance. We communicated that to Gina who assured us she will take care of this in Oct when they visit. Overall, it's a great place and we enjoyed all the space we had to entertain some family who lived locally. Thank you for a great time!

Lovely spaces, very nicely furnished, a great location, clean and comfortable, and Gina was awesome!
We had a wonderful experience at the San Ramon townhouse. It was ideal for our family, in that my husband and I had the master suite and our adult son had his own very comfortable suite as well. The kitchen was very nice and we had a cvouple of family dinners. The beds were very comfortable, which is important to me. And Gina was very easy to work with and helpful, answering our questions and making us feel welcome

Great quiet family friendly townhouse
The townhouse was great, very spacious and welcoming. The location was great, in a quiet neighborhood, close to whole foods, within walking distance from a park . The kitchen had everything we needed from pots and pans to a cofee maker. Internet connection was great and best of all it was very kid friendly. A pack-n-play, high chair as well as toys for the kids meant we did not have to carry all of those on the plane. Communication with Gina was excellent, she does an amazing job keeping the place both clean and well organized, we are already planning our next stay.

San Ramon Townhouse
Great townhouse. Kitchen has anything you need to include spices. Very convenient to Bart station, grocery, shopping, bike/walk path. Gina is very quick to respond any questions or concerns. Loved the location, very nice neighborhood.
