Simply marvelous 2 bedroom with kitchenette, grilling patio and grand balcony

Urban 2 bedrooms studio , with green hills view. Charming, naturally well-lit bedrooms in fun neighborhood. Walking distance to restaurants, shops and transportation.Private entrance. Kitchenette for your convenience. No living/dining area but we have balcony for morning self made breakfast.
Also we have outdoor grill with one range stove for cooking needs.Top designed shower room. Very comfortable beds. 15 min from Golden Gate bridge, 45 min from vine country ( Napa, Sonoma ) Also we have new railroads from San Rafael to Petaluma and Santa Rosa. We have beautiful beeches all around the area, lakes and parks. Great farmer's market on Sundays and Thursdays at Historic Civic Center. Come, relax and enjoy your stay in beautiful Marin.

Clean and Comfortable
Just as expected in the property. Quiet with updared bath. A bit hard to find initially until we figured out that Bayo is below. Very heavily parked up on both sides in the evenings. Thank you for a nice secure stay

Really loved the place. Came with a friend that snored when he sleeps so having our own separate rooms with our own TV was a plus. Around the corner were some some really good restaurants and coffee shops. The town was a foodie heaven. This place is a gem and being so close to Sausalito.and Tiburon which are our favorite places to visit it was perfect.

A Perfect Little Escape
We couldn't have enjoyed our stay more. Not only is the location great, moments from downtown San Rafael and the Larkspur Ferry terminal, 15-20 mins by car to San Francisco, it is nestled in a lovely, quiet neighborhood perfect for walks. We saw deer most days on our walks and breathtaking views from the balcony. The apartment is as shown, with extremely comfortable beds and pillows, enough dinnerware for 4 people, and little touches like tea and coffee, games, and books. Our host also recommended excellent restaurants for our stay! The only note I would make, traveling from the Southeast, is that the A/C does not reference central air, which is not often needed in CA, rather individual standing units in each bedroom. These were cool, but did not get the rooms cold(er) during the summer temperatures. Overall, we would stay here again and highly recommend this property!

San Rafael Getaway
We have stayed here twice. It is perfect for two adults who aren't going to spend a lot of time there. Two nice bedrooms and a big bath but no living area. The kitchen area is well stocked with small appliances and what looks like a freestanding induction cooktop and all the equipment for cooking with it. Dishes and utensils and tea, coffee and the condiments to go with them, snack bars, water bottles in the refrigerator are provided. There is a beautiful deck where you can sit and eat but it was always too cold out there for us. We ate at the little drop-leaf table in the hall but it would be pretty tight for 4 people. It would be difficult for children because there is nowhere for them to run and play. My only complaint was that the people in the area beyond the kitchen had a dog who barked and children running and yelling - happily - but still very loud. It was not very often but enough that it was annoying. In spite of that we would stay there again when we visit our family there. It is a 5 minute drive from their house and about 2 minutes from friends of ours so a perfect place for us to stay.

This little place is the nicest rental I have stayed in. The kitchenette was generously stocked with enough cutlery, glasses, and dishware for all four of us. The bathroom is luxurious. The beds and bedding are hotel quality. The little details , like artwork, books, reading lights, extra outlets, towels , and toiletries made us feel pampered. Sitting out on the deck looking out over the treetops was an added bonus and made the lack of a living/dining area unimportant. And it was quiet! I highly recommend this location.

Great location
This is the second time I have stayed here and would recommend. Very clean and well equipped. Groceries and good restaurants nearby. Great location with an easy drive to beaches and trails. Seems like a very quiet and safe location.

Property is conveniently located in west San Rafael. Very clean efficiency 2-bedroom, thoughtfully stocked with coffee, tea, water, etc. Owner very responsive to requests. Beds comfortable. Ample street parking available.

Ideal
The best way to describe this place is "Ideal"; great location, wonderful balcony view and a gracious hostess. Bedrooms are large and well equipped, as is the fully stocked kitchenette. Beautiful bathroom with room to roam. Secure, quiet location near wine country, yet close to the 'big' city. More than adequate parking in the rolling hills of San Reafeal. Will definitely come back here next trip.

Knowing we would not be spending a lot of time in our rooms, this was a more comfortable and private setting for the four of us (our son and daughter-in-law; Mom and Dad). Bathroom was large, clean, modern. Balcony view: beautiful. Complimentary: Keurig Coffee w/ Peets coffee... plenty for our visit. Bedrooms very private, large, comfortable. Nice TV in both bedrooms. THIS LODGING WAS SO MUCH NICER THAN A MOTEL.

Lovely spot
It was what we needed. Cozy and well equipped with little touches like snacks and bottled water. One bed is more comfortable than the other and one room may hear occupants in the adjacent unit. The bathroom offers quality skin products as well. Olga is very responsive and helpful. We would consider returning for sure.

Privacy in the hills of San Rafael
This property is next to impossible to find the first time at night. Olga met us in the dark and directed us to the entrance with admirable diplomacy, given our temperament after a very long drive. That being said, it is very clean, comfortable and convenient to area destinations. The description is accurate, including stairs to entrance and no "gathering space." The balcony is lovely on a sunny day, I wouldn't want to depend on it for visiting if the weather is inclement. The fold-away table inside is adequate for two, but not if you are a party of four. The kitchenette is well-equipped and well-stocked with the basics; unless you want to use the BBQ, we couldn't cook hard-boiled eggs. Microwave, small refrigerator, coffee pot, iron, hair dryer all included. The beds were comfortable. The bathroom is spacious and well-appointed; a few extra towels would be welcomed.

Great place to experience san rafael and surrounding city and woods
We stayed here Aug 1 2018- Aug 4 2018. We are from Colorado and have never been to the west coast. We found this place and decided to book it after doing research about the san Francisco area. This place was very clean and comfortable for us. A great location to get into san Francisco to enjoy pier 39 whale watching. Very close to muir wood forest and beaches. We even experience the famous highway 1 and drove to Stanton beach and muir beach. Beautiful drive. The place was awesome to go back to every night to enjoy the balcony. Every morning we loved it to for coffee and views. The updated shower was awesome to. Olga has the place well stocked with extras to enjoy. Best thing is the balcony. This was so much better than a hotel and great to get out of the city. Thanks for sharing your little slice of heaven on earth. Tim and lisa
