The main unit includes a spacious living area and a fully equipped kitchen, along with two of the bedrooms. The main unit also has a three-piece sofa set that can be converted into extra beds, two singles, and a double. The other two studio-style bedrooms are located at either end of the property. Together, the property can comfortably accommodate up to eight guests, with all beds being king-size.

The property features a shared deck area complete with a pool and patio furniture, making it ideal for relaxing afternoons or cooling off in the water. Casa de las Tortugas is fully furnished and comes equipped with all necessary linens, towels, appliances, and other essentials.
