Imagine spending a holiday in a splendid farmhouse (8-22 places), which dates back to the end of the 1700s, in the green Tuscan hills between Florence and Pisa near the medieval village of San Miniato, with a unique swimming pool where you can enjoy the view.
Casa Bini is this and much more: a perfectly restored place that retains its original style and soul. Comfort, privacy and hospitality are our slogan and it is rented exclusively to a single group with the swimming pool which is private.
The property has two farmhouses and can accommodate up to 22 people.
CASA BINI is the main farmhouse with 7 bedrooms and 7 bathrooms.
On the ground floor you will be welcomed by a 60m2 living room, a large kitchen and no. 3 double bedrooms, all with en-suite bathrooms.
On the first floor composed of n. 4 double bedrooms, 4 bathrooms, a living room with fireplace.
Outside there is a 200 m2 terrace, ideal for having breakfast, lunch and dinner.
Other 3 bedrooms (3 bathrooms) are available in the historic CASA DI CACCIA which is a single house only 50 ml from the main building.

Casa Bini is part of a farm that produces oil, honey, wine, ancient grains and artichokes, following the principles of organic farming.
The formula is self catering but on request, only for guests, you can taste the typical products and dishes of the local tradition. Finally, you will be able to discover the wonders of Tuscany, visiting the cities of art and historic villages that are located a few kilometers away.
The property, Casa Bini, Casa di Caccia, the swimming pool, the park and the courtyard, is an oasis of peace and to access our spaces, it is necessary to go through a closed gate.
To reach us you need a car to comfortably explore the area. We are in fact in an easily accessible and strategic position for visiting the cities and villages of the region, such as Florence and Pisa
