Three-level holiday house situated in a peaceful residential complex where guests can enjoy a shared pool with solarium, common garden and barbecue areas. The space can host up to eight guests. The basement is composed of a private garage (one parking space), a convenient bathroom with shower, and a storage room. On the mezzanine floor, you’ll find a sunny kitchen with a dining area, a living room with two single sofa beds, and a lovely porch with a fireplace and direct access to the garden. The first floor consists of a spacious bedroom with three single beds (two joined to form a double) and another bedroom furnished with a bunk bed and an additional single bed, as well as a large bathroom offering both a bathtub and a shower, plus two covered balconies. The villa is equipped with a washing machine, heating, A/C, TV-sat, microwave, american coffee machine, and safe. Beach distance: 1.5km
