"This is conveniently located near the airport and has a safe gated garage for your car. It is quite spacious and the internet is good. However I don’t believe one of the beds is a queen as listed—it’s a double bed. I found two roaches while there, one in the downstairs bathroom and one in the kitchen. Additionally, the water in the upstairs bathroom never warmed up beyond Luke warm. This space was fine for one short night when we needed to be up early for the airport but I wouldn’t stay longer."

"The house is great and well equipped. We stayed for a month and all we could need was there. Foldable chairs on the property for the beach as well as pool floaties. The location is up quite a large hill from the beach and has stairs to the pool so not appropriate for someone with a mobility issue. There is a grocery store and restaurants within walking distance.Owner and property manager are great and respond immediately. "

"Great stay. Attentive host. A very nice place sitting on a hillside overlooking the ocean and beautiful Playa Blanca beach at the foot of the hill. Enjoyed hanging out at the large terrace and taking in the amazing view. Saw a good number of scarlet macaws and flocks of pelicans. Down at the beach saw a troop of capuchin monkeys. Would go back in a minute. "

"Overall this property is family friendly and nice. Walkable from most party areas in Jaco. The only issue I had with is the maintenance. The bubblers in plunge were not working and hit water wasn’t working in couple of bathrooms. Even after multiple reminders and requests the property management failed to fix that. "

"There were 10 of us that stayed on the property. The location is amazing. The boys all loved their surf lessons with Cali he was out in front of the house daily. There’s a spot up the beach you can rent boogie boards or book a fishing excursion. The property manager helped arrange our trip to the monkey mangrove tour (a must do)and set up our zip lining trip. "Our stay at the Green Iguana beach house was great! The location couldn't be more suitable for getting to everything that you need in town and you are right on the beach for beautiful sunsets every evening. We had Dennis and Meliny cook dinner for us one evening they are the Chef's that Steve recommended from Bella Vista Cocina. The food was excellent! Steve and his housekeepers kept the place spotless. He was a great host we hope we can make it back there soon evening "

"The house is perfect for a family, everyone has their own bedroom and bathroom. It was amazing to get up in the morning, have a coffee and sit outside. The view is vast and you can see far and wide. My one wish was ro see a toucan which we did a few days before we left. It was in a tree in the back yard and waited for us to get the perfect picture before he flew away. We also saw geckos which make some really weird noises but they kept all the bugs out of the house. The property is quite far...

"We enjoyed our stay in the stately yellow house by the beach. We appreciated the big water container made ready for our use upon arrival. We were impressed with all the built-ins and the sturdiness of the house. The ACs were efficient and each person could set their optimum temperatures in their bedroom.
