"Terrible installation: it cannot be considered a hotel! It was just a bedroom used by someone and it was dirty, with water flowing in the vase, no towels. "Clean place for both myself and my wife. The place is located in Toa Baja. It’s 23 mins from San Juan airport and close to main highways if planning to go sightseeing. According to local friends when it rains it’s a flooding area . However it did rain and nothing happened. The place is not a luxurious one but it works for two people . "

"Beautiful Mar Chiquita. Lilly and Adelberto made checking in and out easy. The apartment was clean and included all amenities. The AC worked well and climate control great. Plenty of recommendations and resources provided to help with island activities. Beach supplies were plentiful. We would definitely return. "

"The place is right across from tide pools which were perfect for little kids and adults alike - 1 minute west, the beach was awesome for kiteboarding - lots of surf and great winds. The pool is awesome for all ages. There’s a couple restaurants down the road that serve awesome deep fried goodness and a wal mart 10 min away for grocery pick up. "We had an amazing time and got to relax the entire week at this beautiful house. The pool and lake were the highlights! The property overlooks the water and what a view! "The apartment is very nice. Very clean, air-conditioned and peaceful. The hospitality of the owner was great. She was very kind and greeted us upon arrival. Overall, my stay at Family Villa was great. I look forward to booking again to stay in the near future. The apartment is close to the beach, shops, restaurants, pharmacy and about a 45min drive to San Juan. Very great location. I will definitely recommend friends and family to stay at this location."
