I liked the environment that it felt safe, secure & private. The first day the place we found to have breakfast was a far walk & expensive, however, we soon realized that the supermarket one block away was cheap & sweet.
I liked that we didn't have to worry about keys and sharing keys since all the locks were digital.
I didn't like that there was not a direct person to talk to with any questions. For example, one day there was confusion when I asked for the room to be cleaned, but due to misunderstanding I returned expecting the room to be cleaned, but it wasn't. However, except for this one hiccup it was smooth sailing and I understand it helps to keep costs down.
