Each bedroom has a private bathroom equipped with towels, beach towels, shampoo, conditioner, and shower gel. Two of the bedrooms have King-sized beds. The third bedroom has two Twin-sized beds and a Smart TV. There are also two Twin-sized folding cots for additional guests. All of the bedrooms have ample closets and comfortable sitting areas.

The large living room is divided into two areas: a comfortable sitting area to enjoy time with friends and a second sitting area with a Smart TV with cable TV. The kitchen is very ample and is equipped with an oven, stove, refrigerator, microwave, toaster, Nespresso machine, and dishwasher. There is also a counter with two stools. All of the bedrooms and the living room have air conditioning and WiFi.

There is a laundry room with a washer, dryer, and utility sink. It is stocked with laundry detergents.

The terrace is very large with views of the golf course. It is divided into three zones: two sitting areas and one dining area with seating for six people. The views of the golf course can also be appreciated from the master bedroom, living room, and kitchen. **The golf course is currently undergoing renovations, so the views will be obstructed and you may experience some construction noise during the daytime**

The villa also comes equipped with a golf cart for easy transport across the Reserve grounds. There is access to the Fairways community pool, jacuzzi, gazebo, and tennis court.

At an additional cost, you may also gain access to the Dorado Beach Resort Club facilities which include: Dorado Beach's renowned golf courses, the 8,000 sq. ft. Fitness, Wellness & Tennis Center, the Watermill Water Park, Barlovento, Panela Cocina Social, Melao by Mario Pagán, and Encanto Beach Club Bar & Grill.
