We offer convenient parking for two vehicles. Enjoy the peace of mind with one spot located securely within the building’s covered garage.
To check in, guests need to be 21 or older. You can check in starting at 4 PM and must check out by 11 AM. We strive to ensure a pleasant arrival for the next guests, so timely departure from your unit is appreciated. Note that late check-outs without approval will incur extra charges.

Enhance your stay with our complimentary Otium Starter Package, found in every property. It’s packed with necessities: two large bath towels, a beach towel, a washcloth for each guest, and a hand towel for every bathroom. For added convenience, each bathroom is stocked with mouthwash and toothpaste. Freshen up with the provided shampoo, conditioner, and body wash. Enjoy two snacks per guest, water, and a paper towel roll. Essentials like two toilet paper rolls, dish soap, and hand soap are also included. For additional supplies, you can purchase our Otium Replenish Package, Towel Replenish Package, or Blanket Replenish Package from our Marketplace.
Treat our home with care—no parties or events are permitted. House rules are strictly enforced: no loud noises, music, or smoking. Quiet hours start at 10 PM, so please keep noise to a minimum to maintain harmony with our full-time neighbors. We use NoiseAware to monitor noise levels, ensuring your privacy while helping us maintain a peaceful environment.
For compliance with legal and security requirements, you may need to provide a government-issued photo ID, confirm contact details, present a matching credit card, go through our verification process, and possibly undergo a background check.
