Cozy condo with a great view of the turquoise waters and sugar sand on Playa Azul Beach in Luquillo.

Enter this ground-floor condo and feel the sea breeze through the living room patio doors or turn on the air conditioner. Chat with family and friends from the adjoining kitchen equipped with a stove, fridge, blender, toaster, and microwave oven. The washer and dryer in the kitchen are a bonus for travelers.

The master suite offers a queen bed and private bathroom. The breezy second bedroom is furnished with a queen bed and the third bedroom offers two sets of bunk beds. All bedrooms are air conditioned with window/wall AC units.

The condo is just a few yards from the beach.

Just 35 minutes east of the San Juan airport, Luquillo is about 15 minutes from El Yunque National Rain Forest, about 20 minutes from the ferry dock in Fajardo where you can island hop to Culebra or Vieques. While in Fajardo, take a snorkeling tour on one of several excursions the crew prepares lunch while guests snorkel and go shelling.

Several eateries are within walking distance including the Brass Cactus, the Flamboyan, Board Riders, Whistle Stop Café and La Fonda gourmet. The ever-popular kioskos are a quick 3-minute drive.

Perfection
The property was amazing, modern appliances, everything seemed brand new. Less than 1 minute walk to a beautiful beach, close to restaurants. I could not have asked for a better place to stay. On top of the property itself, Omar is an exemplary host. He met us on arrival and made sure we were comfortable in every way. He sent us many recommendations on what to do in the area, provided us with snorkeling equipment and was always very fast to answer a message or call. If I could rate our stay 1000/10 I absolutely would.

Condo by sea & kiosks
The condo was exceptionally clean. Owner happened to be there when we got there. Which was good bc GPS location wasn't accurate & we couldn't find a # on the bldg. That area is still very distressed from previous hurricane(s). So wasn't very pleasant in the outside. There were only maybe 4 cars in pkg lot at night. Inside was emasculate & newly renovated; beautiful! Kiosks & rainforest are nearby & Farjado is not far away & very beautiful! Pools were open but cold & beach had red flags w surf & undertow. We enjoyed our last night's here. Even had time for breakfast in Old San Juan before departing. We had a couple sm issues; toilet backed up from previous occupant & washer was also not usable when we arrived but owner was on that within a day. All in all a great stay.

Beautiful beach and great host
Well equipped apartment beachfront and overlooking the pool. Nice decor, comfortable accommodations and very gracious host. The building is safe but exterior can definitely use remodeling. The town of Liquillo has seen better days. Property is accessible to lots of tourist spots nearby.

Omar was a great host. He met us in person, showed us all around the apartment, and gave us lots of tips and recommendations. He was a great communicator. The property was right on the beach and had lots of bars, restaurants and stores close by. I definitely recommend!

Beautiful location and a truly super host
Great location across the street from a stunningly beautiful beach, and a quick drive to the kiosks and Luquillo beach area. The condo is very well appointed and comfortable with plenty of beach toys, towels, dishes, etc. Omar is truly the best vacation rental host I have ever encountered. He provided us with helpful information about the area before we arrived, greeted us upon arrival, and is super friendly, responsive, and helpful.

Perfect stay
Omar’s condo is fantastic. It’s right on the beach so you can hear the waves and feel the constant breeze. He has every amenity needed… washer, dryer, hairdryer, beach chairs, cooler, boogie boards. I only wish we could have stayed longer.

We loved our stay, close to Luquillo beach, the kioskos and El Yunque. Plenty of space for our family of 4 and my brother and law and his wife. The host, Omar is very friendly, gave great recommendations and always was quick to respond. Would highly recommend this property and would consider staying there again.

Fun Stay
The room was nice and view was great. Omar was responsive and friendly. There was outside construction going on the other units the whole time and repair to the pool was being done for 3 days so It was noisy during the day. But we spent most of our time on the beaches and exploring the rainforest and biobay.

We had a great time at the condo. The new kitchen remodel made our experience in Puerto Rico even more welcoming. We love the location and being so close to the beach, kiosk, and downtown Luquillo.

Puerto Rican Family Vacation
This rental was great! Omar was super communicating with us and provided easy check in and check out. The apartment was perfect for our family’s needs . We had a great week and used this space for family game nights since we rented 2 other units in the building. The fact that it had AC in the whole apartment was wonderful!

The condo was nice , the complex not do much as it had not been kept up,. Broken tiles , broken pool deck, caution flags . Around the pool . Trad area wasnt clearly identified , some painting peeling of the wads inside the condo .Biew to the ocean was phenomenal but that was it .Overall complex surrounding we’re dissapointing

Restful Location Right by the Water
This three bedroom unit is perfect for up to 8 pp! A walk across the street for Ocean water at 79*. Omar is very helpful with shopping and eating locations. Every need is close. Not a busy location in March 22 when we were there. Good appliances, cooking pots and utensils, if needed, and delivery services if you so choose. We will return.

Best beach vacation ever in Luquillo!
This was the perfect place for us! Gena communicated with us early on and was very helpful and kind as we worked through through the COVID logistics. We arrived in the evening. Omar, manager, met us and was a great resource throughout our stay. The condo was freshly painted and provided all the necessities including new bedding and linens. The next morning we had coffee on the patio and enjoyed the first of many beautiful sunrises complete with ocean view and sound of waves. The pool is just steps out the door and a very short walkway takes you to the gate to the ocean just across a little street. Super convenient to take provided beach chairs, towel and cooler to the beach. The condo is on the first floor and only 3 steps to enter from close by parking in gated area. I appreciated this with my mobility challenges. There are restaurants, grocery, pharmacy within walking distance but best of all beaches, Playa Azul and beautiful calm Luquillo beach. We did rent a car as we were there several weeks. The rainforest is a great place to visit as well as Fajardo area, Lighthouse and Bio Bay. The exterior of the condo complex is undergoing maintenance. The Luquillo area as well as other areas of Puerto Rico are working to recover from Hurricane Maria. COVID and supply issues have had some impact on the recovery. We felt very safe at the condo and surrounding area. We met many wonderful, kind local people as well as travelers. The beach in front is public and we enjoyed seeing the local families on the weekends. There was an ice cream truck on the street almost every night. The bell was a welcome sound and we enjoyed the ice cream sundaes. We had a great experience with Gena and Omar! We enjoyed the condo, the ocean view and sounds, the beaches, the food and the kind people of Luquillo. Can’t wait to come back!

Amazing Property, Great Location, Pool & Beach View, 2 min. walking to beach.
This property meets all our expectations in space, location, price, security, cleanliness, and comfort. It was one of the few properties that fulfil our needs to fits comfortable 2 families of 4. 2 adult couples and “the kids” 2 teenagers (14 & 15) and 2 young adults (19 & 21). There is a Master Bedroom with a Queen Size Bed, another bedroom with a queen size bed and a 3rd bedroom with 2 sets of bunk beds. All the beds/mattresses where SUPER comfortable everyone sleep great. The "kids" all fit perfectly fine in the room with the bunk beds. All rooms have super cold A/C it was like sleeping in a hotel room. The new property manager, Omar was great, we had excellent communication from before we flew to PR. We got in late at night, and he was kind enough to wait for us to show us the property and surroundings. He also sends us a link with highly recommended restaurants and activities to do. The parking space was super convenient, literally a few steps from the door. We did not spend a lot of daytime in the apartment since we had our days full of fun activities in the nearby areas, but everyone agreed that when we come back to PR we will stay in the same place. Special thanks to the owner Gena and Omar Davila, the property manager. Book away! It was an amazing vacation at “ Just Add Rum”
