Great stay in perfect location
Spacious condo in a great location - on the beach and walking distance to restaurants and shops. Comfortable couches and bed. Kitchen was fully stocked. Great communication with the owner. Would definitely stay again.

Lovely stay in Isla Verde
We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this property. We felt safe and the condo had all the amenities we needed including beach chairs and towels, toiletries, dishes and a few condiments.The beach was close, great to swim in and was easily accessible

Power Outage
Unfortunately their was a huge power outage on the island and this property had no power at the time I had to check in. Not the owners fault and she helped getting me back my refund because VRBO does hassle you on trying to get your money back even with me telling them their is no power on that side of the island. Otherwise the property was as advertised. The room is quite large with a fairly large balcony. Full kitchen and fairly easy getting in and out. So as the review for the room to me is a A for the price.

A nice place with private beach access. It is very comfortable and mostly described accurately. A few things to note: there is not a hot tub as mentioned in the description and regardless of the length of your stay, you get four towels. I was there for a week and expressed to Alice my need for more. Upon arrival, Davis and Alice did accommodate me. And they accommodated my early check-in request that was agreed to before hand.

Great host, great location, reasonably priced Lots of rules but it’s for the residents and your safety This is nothing to do with the property or the owners but please either bring the beach chairs that are provided or rent chairs The sand fleas will eat you up

Great host and location!
The listing was spot-on accurate and the entire process from booking to check-in was clear and stress-free. VERY clean and comfortable rooms and the place was very "beach ready." Everything worked perfectly. Loved the location as everything you could need or want was within walking distance or a short ride into the city. The beach was fabulous with low to moderate crowds. The communication from the host was quick and precise. We hope to stay here again! Thank you!

Wonderful VRBO
The condo and the property are absolutely stunning. Amazing view of the beach which is very calm and swimmable. Condo was clean and had everything we needed. Bed is so soft and comfortable that we slept like babies. We did have a little trouble connecting to WiFi but the host Alice was so helpful and responsive that it was fixed fairly quickly. Security at the gate was awesome and made us feel safe.We have family in San Juan and so we go fairly often so we will definitely be back to this unit.

Great location
This property is very clean and Alice was very responsive to all of my questions and requests. The view can’t be beat. Especially having morning coffee on the balcony. We rented a car but it was not needed. Everything is right there. 24 pharmacy and restaurants. Beach chairs provided but you can rent a lounge chair and umbrella at the beach.

Beautiful ocean views and FUN!
What a wonderful place to stay! We felt secure and safe. The property was very close, within feet, to the beach. The area is lively and exciting. The week days were less busy and more laid back. The condo had all the amenities we needed, plus more. We appreciated the beach supplies provided! The balcony and view were fantastic, too!

Perfect Stay in Puerto Rico
This is the third time staying in this condo, and it is safe to say that my mom and I love it. The owners are easy to work with, and they are great with communication. The place is always clean, and it has a beautiful view of the beach. The beach is literally a few steps away from the condo. My mom and I feel very safe on the beach here, and in the building. Everything we need is within walking distance, and it is about a 10 minute drive from the airport. The building is secure from the street and from the beach. The pictures of the listing are accurate. The bed is very comfortable. We love Puerto Rico and we love this condo. We are starting to plan our next trip already, and we will definitely be booking this place!

Great home base for fun!
My wife and I enjoyed the condo. The photos make it seem as though you have a full view of the ocean, but there is another building that blocks some of the view. But it is still a nice balcony. The condo has nice but basic amenities but had everything you need. The bed was comfortable. And the access to the beach was great. We used the place as a base for our day trips. There is so much within a short distance. We walked to dinner and drinks every night and drove to the rainforest and other beaches during the day. As well as using the beach right out front. Overall the place was good. The only complaint was that is has a slight smell like it used to be a smokers condo. It was faint but noticeable. One evening someone on another balcony was smoking weed. We had to close the balcony and windows due to the smell. But that was only one evening.

Quick vacation
A much needed few days away from the cold. The area is perfect with most things within walking distance. place was clean and will meet all your basic needs. The facility and the apartment is a bit dated and requires some updates. The gate outside the door made me a bit apprehensive, but it turn out to be okay.

Great condo
Condo was fabulous. Everything was very clean; Alice was extremely responsive and even let us check in early. The bed was super comfortable and we had plenty of hot water. On top of everything, the view was incredible. Could not be happier, we will definitely be back!
