"This place is wonderful and full of Italian character. David, our host, built the house and is very knowledgeable of the area. If you want a peaceful, private jungle getaway, this is the place for you. It is showing some age in places, but we prefer to stay at properties with character instead of the modern, sterile feel that many rentals have. There is no cheap, generic B&B art in this house. It is authentic and charming. Breakfasts on the deck were relaxing, as were evenings in the pool. "

"Beautiful property and really awesome villa! There were so many tropical plants and flowers around the property and villa. It felt very peaceful and private. It was a very unique experience being in the villa because it’s all open floor plan with only screens separating you from the forest. Property has similar name as another in area so can be confusing to locate if you're not paying attention but I don't fault the host for that.Lockbox was tricky to open for accessing keys but again a very trivial thing.Overall we were very happy with our stay."

"The property is amazing. Only received low score based on accuracy of listing. My cabin was not one that was pictured, however I did still enjoy the cabin and it was cool and comfortable. The pool was…. Not as clear as the pictures. The food from Jack at the bar was 10/10 phenomenal. I recommend the buffet and full English breakfast. The road coming up the hill is a little rough, but manageable. I enjoyed my stay. It was quiet and comfy. Very relaxing."
