Welcome to our marvelous midtown single family 4 Bed 4 Bath home.
There is space for 2 cars to park in front of the property with an automatic gate.

Super convenient for short term or long term stay. Minutes to the 280, 680 and 101 freeway, San Jose Mineta International Airport, Caltrain Station, Tamien Lightrail Station. 2 miles from high-end shopping at Santana Row and Valley Fair Mall. 2 miles from Downtown San Jose, Tech Museum, Children's Museum, Willow Glen and more! Walking distance to shopping center, groceries stores and restaurants.
Living space:
You will have access to the entire main house. The lower floor has 3 rooms and three restrooms. The upper floor has a master bedroom and 1 bathroom. Each room has a Queen sized bed.

There's a small in-law house in the back with it's own entrance that has its own tenant. The washer and dryer is in a lockable room and is shared with the separate unit in the back.

Security:
For your secuirty, there are 2 Ring Flood Light Motion Cameras on the OUTSIDE of the building.
Camera 1 is on the left side of the house facing the patio furniture.
Camera 2 is on the right side of the house facing the driveway on the right-side of the house.
Ring Doorbell at the front door.
All cameras are OUTSIDE the house, there are no cameras in use inside the house. None of the cameras face inside the house. They only record when there is motion detected outside of the house. Footage is automatically erased and is not saved.

Short but sweet
Booking went smooth, I didn’t get check in instructions until the day of but Linda was easy to contact and responsive. House was great super spacious we all had our own room and bathroom. The kitchen living room area nice and spacious easily accommodated our big group! House was very clean maybe too clean as the bleach smell was very prominent. Beds were super comfy and so were the pillows. Good parking inside the home we fell very secure with the gate. Location was awesome very close to downtown SJ, Alameda area, lots of good restaurants and food near by. 10/10 I definitely recommend.

Family funeral in SJ
My family traveled to SJ for funeral services for my mother. This house allowed us to stay together and attend services. House was as advertised, spacious and clean. Great communication with host. Parking is also as listed, two cars and not much available on the street. We knew and accepted that. Overall great experience

Great Team House
This was a great place for the work team from out of town to stay during our local conference. There was ample space for hanging out and working, and also good sized rooms for privacy. Having 1 bathroom per person was great!

Very clean and fresh
My daughter said to say that every streaming service offered was signed in and easy to use and they could watch anything they wanted. The house was very clean and seemed newly renovated. Although we didn't use all the appliances, the ones we used all worked. I like that it had a security gate.

Lovely Comfortable House
Overall, it was a great home to stay in. The owner seems very nice & communicative. The renovations look really nice. I loved that the bathrooms had vanity light mirrors and I really liked all the different types of shower heads they added in the master bathroom. The kitchen is well stocked with dishes, utensils, and cookware which was helpful for our stay. I knocked one star because it was not very clean which made my family slightly uncomfortable. Examples: There were old, used soaps left in two of the showers, there were water/toothpaste stains on the mirrors of two bathrooms, the window sills were dusty and the light fixtures over the kitchen island were very dusty. I recommend that the owner hire a professional cleaner next time. (And if someone professionally cleaned before our stay, you may want to hire a new cleaner.) Other than that, we enjoyed our stay in the house!

Very clean & updated home
The kitchen and 4 full bathrooms were updated, clean and vey nice! The living/dining/kitchen area was large and spotless. Communication with the host was excellent. The close proximity to San Jose Airport was great. I highly recommend this property.

Quiet and clean
The property is as described and everything is really nice and very clean. Linda was very quick with her replies to my messages. The neighborhood is good but not great...but San Jose and Santa Clara are just much quieter than I expected. But you can walk to a few nearby coffee places and there are grocery stores nearby. The house was clean and had a good supply of amenities. The shared laundry room is in the house, so it feels a bit like the back house tenant could come in to where you're staying, but Linda asks that he not use the laundry room when guests are there. I think it could be made better with a different lock and sign. Otherwise everything was very nice.

Great Stay - Great individual accommodations
The interior amenities and accommodations were fantastic, huge kitchen with equally large island, open design. 4 bedrooms with 4 bathrooms allowed for privacy for each party member, we loved that - who doesn't want their own bathroom! Very clean, parking is limited if you have more than 2 cars. Street parking is non-existent. Overall, we enjoyed our stay, it was a great trip. We would definitely stay again.

Great weekend stay
Comfortable beds clean bathroom and perfect location to get around from for some family events in the wider San Jose area. Check in/out was easy, the parking was easy and safe. It was a great experience overall.

LOVE!!!
Linda was absolutely pleasant to work with and was very accommodating. The property was as described and pictured!!! My family loved the property and my 10 year old daughter absolutely loved that she was able to have her own room with her very own bathroom during our stay. We loved having 4 full bathrooms, a nice open kitchen, a location so close to the grocery store and an amazing shower was a plus. In my opinion, upgrading the beds would make this place close to PERFECT!!! I would definitely and highly recommend this property.

Yay San Jose!
Four bedrooms and four bathrooms really worked out for our family. We enjoyed the extra large living room and kitchen with the island. The only problem I could see is having trouble draining in the shower.

Has Potential to be Wonderful
Our thought is that the owner of this property is new to VRBO. The home is beautifully remodeled, easy to check in and has a lot of potential to be a wonderful rental. The beds were comfortable but they are full-size, NOT queens. The water heater is tankless (great for efficiency) but you could not take a shower if someone else was showering or the dishwasher was running. There is a rental house behind this property that was rented to other people, so you could not coordinate when to take showers. There are nice paver patios, but the property was full of weeds and trash. We chose a VRBO because we expected to cook instead of going out to restaurants, but the kitchen was not stocked with even basic things like a can opener, oven mitts, spatula, glasses, coffee cups or dinner plates. The owner did bring over some plates, cups and glasses along with a wine opener and even gave us a bottle of wine for the inconvenience. Unfortunately, we had to purchase our own cooking utensils, potholders, can opener, etc. The gated parking is wonderful because there is little to no street parking. Just needs some attention to details, and it could be wonderful!
