Local bus service stops right outside the development and car rentals are available on site. A Jack Nicklaus designed golf course is right across the street and all the eateries and shops of downtown San Jose can be reached by a two mile walk. Condo Mananitas offers both free Wifi and free parking, 24/7 security, and includes on site a first class fully equipped gym, lighted tennis courts, and a putting green. Starbucks is a seven minute walk and local favorite Tap Deck Pizza and Beer is three minutes by foot. Also nearby are popular attractions such as Palmilla Beach (2.5 km), hiking and birding at the freshwater San Jose del Cabo Estuary (6km), and Puerto Los Cabos Marina (11 km).

The main living area houses a 65” flat screen television and an additional 55” screen is found within the master bedroom. Both are smart tv’s with satellite reception and casting ability (for Netflix, Hulu, etc). An airy indoor layout is connected through sliding glass doors to an expansive and furnished private terrace.
Condo Mananitas is outfitted with three generously sized bedrooms, three beautifully appointed full sized bathrooms, and can sleep eight people total. The master bedroom contains a king bed and has an adjoining spa bathroom with a tub and shower. A second bedroom includes one queen bed and another bathroom with shower. The third bedroom has one queen bed.
Manicured tropical gardens and lush landscaping intertwine throughout the property, with pool and deck areas mingling artfully within the Mananitas development, which has been designed to highlight its stunning natural surroundings. In total there are four pools (some with freshwater and others with salt water) and three Jacuzzi hot tubs with swim up bars. Refrigerators, ice, loungers, and restroom facilities are available poolside and a restaurant and bar are located nearby. A seductively beckoning terrace is ideal for restful relaxation and shady hammocks are nestled beneath palm trees while BBQ grills and a covered outdoor dining area invite guests to partake of the idyllic landscape.

Weekly housekeeping is included with your rental. Villa housekeeping staff do not work on Sundays or holidays. Consult your concierge for specifics during your dates.
