"The house is beautiful well kept, clean, and modern. The kitchen was minimally stocked, but sufficient. Appliances were newer, and in good working order. The home itself seemed newly finished, spacious, and well-maintained. Security was sufficient plenty of gates and doors, which were locking provided an Atmosphere of security. "My friends and I celebrated my bachelorette party here and it was absolutely perfect! Management was always quick to respond and help us plan things at the house, like a personal chef and massages. The house is brand new and so clean and the view is beautiful. Highly recommend!"

"This was a great place to stay right on the beach. It did get loud at night especially over the weekend but the listing and previous reviews prepared us for that. "We had 15 of us stay for a bachelorette party and it was the perfect location and set up for a big group. The property is stunning and the outdoor space is truly the best part. Only about 20 minutes from the airport and 30 from Cabo - we were able to do everything we wanted in a 4-day span. The host is wonderful and was super communicative when we needed anything. Highly recommend working with Chef Silva - his team was amazing! I would absolutely stay again!!"

"This is the third time my best friend and I have rented this property. It is a beautiful home in a lovely, safe neighborhood. The house is equipped with everything one would need for a comfortable stay. The pool was a real plus on those warm afternoons. The owner, Chris, and his property manager Martha were a joy to deal with. We are planning a return visit next year."

"We absolutely loved everything about this property. I still miss having my morning cup of coffee poolside. The house had everything we needed, the house itself was gorgeous, the beds were comfortable, the air conditioner worked great & the pool area was beautiful. The concierge was always helpful when we had a question. We spent a good bit of time at the pool, in the gym & playing on the pickleball courts at Palmilla Dunes. "This really was an escape to paradise at Salt on the Rim! I celebrated a milestone birthday in style with my girlfriends at this amazing property. Every detail was 1st class. We relaxed outside by the dipping pool and played fun games gathered around the table. "The home is very comfortable with good AC and outdoor pool. An Uber to downtown is only $4 and they are quick and attentive, so you can go several times a day. There is a very nice neighborhood restaurant only a block away for breakfast lunch and dinner. Clean and tasty. There is also a convenience store two blocks away for small items.
