Bungalow on the beach for families and large groups up to 20 persons

I rent my fully furnished comfortable holiday bungalow directly on a pearl white sand beach for an unique unforgettable vacation for families (with or without children) and large groups up to 20 persons.

My house is in Brgy. Esperanza and is located on the tropical island of San Francisco, Pacijan Island, Camotes Islands 6050 Philippines.

They say Camotes is a small peacefull paradise on earth and it's really true, just enjoy the beautifull white beaches, the very clear warm sea, the waving palmtrees, the beautifull nature, the 8 tours you can make on Camotes Islands and at nighttime first enjoy the very nice sunsets and after that enjoy the beautifull stars and moon.

In Esperanza there are several stores where you can buy food, bread, drinks, hot dogs, hamburgers, frenchfries and barbecue actually all you need. Every Monday morning there is a market at the end of the village across the basketball hall, there you can buy for example vegetables etc.

The house is classified as follows:
Upon entering from the beach you walk a staircase which has been made in the seawall, then you are on a piece of land (white sand), then there is a big terrace at the backside of the house. On the right side of the terrace you find the back door, then you will enter the large living room with open kitchen, a big dinnertable with 6 chairs, 2 wardrobes, television, refrigerator, radio, first aid, fire extinguishers, electricfan and complete furniture and all you need in a household. In front of the door to the hallway the door on the left is of the toilet and the shower cabin, if you enter the corridor, the first door on the left gives access to a large bedroom with two single beds with bedside tables and lamps, a cabinet, an electricfan and a ceilingfan. In the hallway the first door to the right gives you acces to the master bedroom with a large double bed, bedside table and lamp, a cabinet, electricfan and ceilingfan. Walking out the hallway through the front door you'll find a smaller terrace with table and chairs where you can also enjoy of activities on the street. The whole land is surrounded by a metal fence with a big metal gate and with a smaller door in the front. This gate and door can be locked with a proper padlock. At the right side of the house there is space to park the car and the house is surrounded by several plants.

In front of the house there is a terrace with a table and chairs.
At the backside of the house there is a terrace with direct view and access to the beach and the sea with a large table with 10 chairs.
Between this terrace and beach there is still a piece of land (white sand) which got space for a 3 tents (2 tents for 3 persons and 1 tent for 1 person) but actually the house is big enough for so many guest to stay inside .

There are also two loungers available which can be used as extra beds, for example, in the living room or even on the terrace at the back of the house and there are also 4 lie mats avalable.
There are also three bamboo chairs which can be placed in different positions and even be used as a sleeping place, there is on the terrace at the backside also a bed of bamboo and there are 2 airbeds for 2 persons each and 3 airbeds for 1 person each.

On the part of white sand at the backside of the house are 4 stable sunbeds to take a sunbath, there is also a table nice to use at nighttime to have a drink. You can hear overthere the sea, see the boats on the sea and when you use a flashlight, you also can see many crabs on the beach.

There are also three electric fans that can be used everywhere, both against the heat (although my house is built in a way that it is rather cool inside) and against muskito's.
The house is fully equipped, including television, radio, pots, dishes, cutlery, gas stove, hammocks, etc. etc. In principle, you only have to bring your own items such as clothes, toilet items, towels, etc.

A car is also available, which can be rented for an additional charge per day or half day or for a longer period. If you don't have a driver's license, there is also a possibility to hire a driver.
Food can be prepared in the house for an additional fee per day and for extra fee your laundry may be done also.

However, the house itself has to be kept clean yourself, if you like the house will be kept clean for you, you can discuss it with miss Emily Miao and or miss Vilma Gonzaga how much the additional fee for cleaning of the house is.
There are house rules put on the wall in the house.

Note: for using the refrigirator I ask pesos 150 a night.

Traveling from mactan international airport Cebu:
Great news for those who wants to go to Camotes Island, we can now travel a lot fastert by sailing with Jomalia Shipping's fast craft service from Mactan to Camotes and vice versa.

JOMALIA FAST CRAFT TERMINAL
The Camotes fast craft terminal in Mactan is located beside Cebu Yacht Club, which is accross Marina Mall in Lapu-Lapy city.

The entry road is beside Island central Mall.
While in Camotes Island, this Jomalia fast craft will dock in Consuelo port, that is half an hour driving with a multicap, multicaps are always in port Consuelo and about 70 minutes by Jomalia Fast Craft ..

* If you are taking a jeepney from Mandaue city, take the multicap with signage “Bago”, these jeepneys and multicaps will take you the Marcelo Fernan Bridge, will pass by Brgy Pusok; you need to get off in Marina Mall land then cross the road.

DAILY SCHEDULE - MACTAN | CAMOTES FASTCRAFT ”

* Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday:
Twice a day trips from Mactan Cebu Yacht Wharf to Consuelo Camotes at 9 AM and 1 PM.
Jomalia leaves Camotes Consuelo Port going to Mactan daily at 7 AM and 11 AM.

* Friday, Saturday, Sunday schedule:
Mactan Cebu Yacht Wharf to Consuelo Camotes - Trice a day trips at (AM, 1 PM and 5 PM (additional 1 trip for Friday and weekend).

Consuelo Camotes Port to Mactan - 7 AM, 11 AM and last trip 2 PM.
