Owner rude , electic issues
We received minimal information about property access and area and directions to room . Area to room was poorly lit and unmarked.
Unit appeared clean but notes were seen that you could only plug certain things to certain outlets. Instructed to use coffee pot near bathroom sink. Water and electricity dont mix !!!! Additional rental room was connected to the one we rented and there were people in this room arguing very loudly and violently with a young Baby screaming. Very scary !! Contacted owner who eventually agreed to only give us only a partial refund, even though we vacated the room within 15 minutes upon arrival. Total refund that was promised by the owner was NEVER received and owner refused to answer our multiple attempts to contact her by phone and text. If owner had not been rude and had refunded our money as she said she would ,verbally and by text message, I would have given her a better review. I would never want to deal with this owner again . I tried to get help through VRBO and though the agents tried to be helpful , the issue has never been resolved leading us to wary of using VRBO again !!!!! VRBO should not associated with owners like this .....bad for their business!!!!
