"The villa is so much nicer than the photos. The table outside the kitchen on the patio was our favorite place in the villa. It seats more than 10 and the view of the ocean is incredible. "This property is amazing! We enjoyed hanging out in the pool and sitting on the patio in the evenings. The kitchen had everything we could have possibly needed. We walked to the beach, visited the farmers market, and went into town several times for meals and shopping. Leonie made check in and check out very easy and had great suggestions for things to do and places to shop and eat. It was the perfect stay! "

"Waking up to the sound of the ocean and being able to walk right onto the beach from the yard is wonderful. The staff at Zuma Tours are very nice and helpful. The house is within walking distance to restaurants, groceries, bars, shopping....pretty much whatever you may want/need. Being so close to everything, you can sometimes hear the goings on in town but it didn't bother us. We really enjoyed our stay at Ivan's House. Montezuma is a laid back beach town that is an excellent place to get away....
